34 - 0 , with 31 wins by KO for a 91% KO ratio .
Does GGG have the hardest punch ? While his opponents seem to agree his power is good , it seems that most people consider David Lemieux to be a harder puncher and possibly Curtis Stevens as well .
Does he have the fastest hands ? Nope , Willie Monroe had faster hands but it wasn't enough . Genna has good speed but not blinding quick.
Longest reach ? Again nothing exceptional , his 70 inch reach is quite normal as is his height of 5'10 1/2"
Best chin ? Few opponents have been unable to put on more than a couple chin-checking punches to really test him but when they did his chin held up well. Kassim Ouma without a doubt hit GGG more clean shots than any other fighter but to no avail as the Karaganda born fighter seemed to forgoe his usual good defence and walked thru fire to get the stoppage win.
Best Ring Technician ? Bingo . Superb judge of distance , establishes the jab early and uses it effectively throughout the fight to keep distance and control the tempo . Hit and not get hit is the name of the game , especially early in the fight his defence is excellent - good at blocking and avoiding punches. After the opening rounds GGG tends to be willing to trade more but still outlands his opponents . Footwork is without a doubt the best in the middleweight division , always balanced ready to throw with either hand , does not waste energy bouncing on his toes yet highly effective in cutting off the ring and slipping punches .
His BEST punch ? ..... ALL of them , jab , hook , uppercut , straight right , it's his accuracy and varied fluid combinations to the head and body that create his astonishing KO record.
Besides all of the above Golovkin goes for the KO when he could cruise to victory by points instead he relentlessly attacks breaking his opponent down in a way that is almost as much mental as it is physical. He is a rare one .

Anyone who says Curtis Stevens and Lemieux hit harder than GGG are deluding themselves.
Lemieux is the 2nd best puncher in the division but failed to put away glass jawed Alcine and Marcus Upshaw. Stevens power gets hyped because he KO'd a handful of bums in the 1st round prior to getting beat by GGG (and failed to put away Findley in that same period but people never seem to mention that). I wouldn't put Stevens in the top 5 punchers in the Middleweight division.

Re: GGG , How he wins
Excellent post. I wouldn't be surprised if Lemieux and Stevens have bigger one-punch power than GGG - it's the combination of his boxing ability that comes from over 300 amateur fights, coupled with first class punching power and a - so far - granite chin that make facing GGG such a daunting proposition.
