With all the GGG knockers on the boards saying he has fought no names, can you please explain to me why he should fight canelo at 155, if he really isn't that good then canelo should be able to beat him at 160, so where is the problem

I believe the problem lies in the sense that GGG says it's ok to fight Floyd at 154 for a money fight but it isn't ok to fight for a little less money with less risks facing Canelo at 155.

Add the above to the fact that it appears to be too much of a risk with little reward facing Ward at a CW for a fight and it comes off as either GGG/his team believes he is a Shot Caller or they may not be as confident in him as his fans appear to be.

Either way, he cannot have it his way and should capitulate to one of them for a fight that can surely bring him bigger money than he's ever made and PPV fame.

The problem is that some fans including you can't logically think. Golovkin is a MW and wants to get all MW belts. Moving up or down is totally VOLUNTARY. So, yes, he will move up or down for a significant financial reward, and he has a right to decide whether to take a fight in a different weight class or not. Canelo fight is not a move to JMW. It is a MW unification fight, so it should be at a legal MW limit of 160.

Arranging Lara fight requires a significant effort due to Lara being a Haymon fighter, Lara being so boring ( = hard to get approved by HBO), Lara's very low drawing ability. So, why would Loefler even bother unless contacted by Lara's team ?

Your logic is only simple in the respect that GGG wants all the MW belts and facing Canelo should be at that weight with no CW. I agree with that but you are ignoring the rest of the equation.

GGG cannot have it his way facing Ward at a higher weight, at 154 facing Floyd and if Lara who said he wants him at full MW is making no CW demands then GGG should face him to make money since there's no belt involved plus it would bring him a credible opponent<<better than the names he has been currently facing.
