Mikey Garcia Was a Rare Talent

Post by bnovelist »

What happened to the guy? He didn't have the typical come forward Mexican style of fighting he would box your ears off which such beauty and ring

presence surprising guys with one punch ko power  :bag: :OhYes: :box: Where is he? How long will he be on the shelf its going on 3yrs now

WTF???? He's already lost some of himself and will never be the same I feel. It's sad you see what happened to Andre Ward, it's not the same Ward

the beat Dawson or the same Ward from the Super Six. Mikey Garcia has already lost 35-40% of his prime. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cl08-35tr7g

I hate the idea of talent going to waste.

The old snake Bob Arum ruined Mikey's career.

He'll be back in the summer fighting at 140. Looking for a promoter and Mayweather's TMT seem to be favourites to sign him, the problem is that makes him vs Crawford impossible to make but on the bright side he can and would beat Broner.

He is American. I know his heritage is Mexican but his father has been in this country for decades. The gym he grew up in has people from all over the world. I'd be more surprised if he had a 'typical come forward Mexican style' especially when you consider his own brothers style.

But I do agree with you in regards to his career being wasted. He could have been top dog by now.
