LOL I knew the Duck Loma would fight Martinez. Martinez looked absolutely SHOT last time out against Siri, what a punk move off Lomachenko.

NO ONE is interested in this BS fight. Walters would have absolutely Decapitated hi-tech in 4 rounds anyways. Makes sense Loma went hiding :OhYes:
If you want to talk about ducks then Fortuna needs to be called out on his. He shit his pants when the WBA ordered him to face Uchiyama, he asked for a 6 fold increase on what he got paid for his previous fight, made negotiations impossible.

Martinez, stylewise, is like a Salido without the (literal and figurative) steroids and not as tough, his wide-swinging style should be a perfect foil for the crisp compact technique of Loma.

Whoda thought Horse would have made such a strong defence of Lomas matchmaking
Yes, sadly he is a big step up from recent opposition, much like Malignaggi would be a big step up for Brook.

Don't expect me to dance over a rainbow for either of those fights though.
I don't expect anything from you, other than to acknowledge how right I am

That's why he turned down the fight, too much risk, didn't think he would win. The Axe Man should be changed to The Duck Man!

He should fight some good opponents.
I'm asking who, give names horse, some good opponents doesn't cut it

I like this fight.
Granted he's not elite at super-feather but he's a credible world champion.

At his best Loma will win this. I see him forcing a late stoppage.

Like Martinez though seems to always be in good fights.

Ill do It for you
Uchiyama (busy)
Vargas (busy)
Salido (busy)
Miura (busy)
Pedraza (just fought)
Selby (just fought)
Russell Jr (just fought)
Hosono (just fought)
Walters (made unrealistic demands)
Fortuna (in running, but appears to have taken a backseat to Martinez)
Lsc (looking likely to face Frampton)

Missing a few but that's the top names either booked or have just fought

There's no point, you'll just make excuses for him not to have fought everyone on the list.

People like to claim that Lomachenko is a top P4P fighter, but his record suggests otherwise and beating Martinez won't help a great deal with that.

That's it. Horse is just so proud of his stupid p4p thread that he hates any fighter who doesn't fit his understanding.

I can't make excuses when obviously you can't even name 1 fighter who you want him to fight, seems to me your emotions are over riding a common sense approach to his ability

If he beats Martinez he sets a world record for the fewest fights to become a 2 division world champion (current record is 8 fights held by Inoue), he also tied the male record for fewest fights to become a world champion (3 fights, same as Saensak Muangsurin)...not bad

It's a weird thing to get upset about, a highly skilled and biggest risk taking guy in recent memory. Ok many of us prefer punchers, and hes not one, but is that it? You understand the risk in taking on undefeated Russell Jr with a 1-1 record? Who else is going up a division to face a decent titlist like Rocky in their 7th fight?

He's taken very few risks in the two years or so since he beat Russell Jr.

If he had been fighting good opposition then I wouldn't be slagging the fella off.
