Toney did good too and he was fat. Floyd was 31 -0(26) at lightweight so u think he wasn't at a disadvantage fighting at 147 and 154 where wasnt koing anyone??? He did ok too. I didn't mention Tarver.
You know I'm right dude, if ggg wants to stay at 160 and break records or whatever he's trying to do ill watch and cheer for him. He just can't say he can't get fights cuz all he has to do is move up. His best option if he waits is Canelo who was dominated by old man Floyd, who also struggled with Lara who went life and death against Molina, Martysyan and Angulo. It's a money fight not a career defining fight.
Also he wouldn't have needed to go to 175 for Ward if he would have took the fight at 168. Now ward is at 175 bc there were no options at 168.
No, you are not right, because you are trying to make things primitive which they aren't. Higher weight classes are further apart for a reason. GGG fighting LHWs is the same as LHWs fighting smaller HWs.
I would certainly not want Kovalev or Ward to finish their careers as "well" as RJJ or Toney.
Golovkin has a clear goal -- getting all MW titles. You may like it or not, but that's what he is doing. Maybe he will also want to break Bernard's record which wouldn't take long if he fights 3 times a year. After that, he is moving up.
