Hosea Burton

Post by TJ77 »

Top bloke IMO I like the way he conducts himself I saw him first "stewarding" a bare knuckle fight on you tube.
He doesn't gob off is clearly a hard travelling man and a credible British Champion.
Does'nt feel the need to sound off on how their community have the world against em( which to some extent they do)
But demonstrates and articulates attributes in and out the ring that will combat those negative attitudes.
A credit to boxing and Travelling people :TU:

Only seen him against Shinkwin, wasn't massively impressed.

I think him vs Buglioni would be a good fight to make for the Joshua vs Brazeale undercard.

I'd favour Burton but would be fun while it lasted.

What percentage of these fights end in a draw?

Must be true then.
No, he probably got £40,000, a load of other blokes, another guy with another £40,000 just to convince the likes of us. Probably staged the after fight photos as well.

Yes and he comes from true fighting stock, and can beat any man of his breed, and would never give best to any man born of a woman (not sure if that includes C section...) etc etc

Isn't it the point that Hosea doesn't go on like that?

Top bloke is Ofi, out for an 8 x 3 on the Crolla show and then defending the British title against Dodson at Goodison 3 weeks later

An 8 rounder followed by Dodson - on that kind of form he will get a world title shot by the end of the year ( just like his not-so-stable stablemate Smith).

DODSON ... please no, what has he done to deserve a title shot?

He's be lucky to see the third, dreadful fight.
What a joke

Poor division domestically LH.

Hopefully Burton can generate some interest.

Baker looks a good fighter but not much punching power.

Buglioni probably the most exciting at a domestic level.
