Naz is top Brit for me, just ahead of Calzaghe and Randolph Turpin. Of the old timers Willie Pep was pretty smart.

There's quite a few fighters that hold a special place in my heart. Arturo Gatti probably tops the list.

Favourite British fighter was Calzaghe, honourable mentions to Lennox and Naz.

Favourite international fighters were Morales and Barrerra, although Golovkin is getting up there now as well.

Best of all time has to be Robinson, he really could do everything.
Barerra was a class act. I also love GGG. I was a schoolboy when Barerra beat Naz. Only thing that softened the blow was my love for Barrera! Still think Naz would've taken him if he was an Ingle fighter.
Barrera was brilliant. My nippers middle name is Antonio in tribute. My fav international fighter. He was a sore sore loser tho, never took defeat gracefully

I always liked the triers that come good domestically like Clinton woods or Dennis Andries.

So hard this one

Benn, Eubank, Naz all up there as favourite boxers

However all time favourite is split between hagler and SRL

In fact if I had to stick my neck out and choose one, it would be SRL for both best and favourite fighter growing up.

Favourite - JC Superstar.

As I've posted before, I had lunch with him a couple of years ago, delightful company, but still exuded menace.

My favourites growing up Lennox Lewis and Danny Williams domestically.
I got into watching all of Tommy Hearns fights from a early age because my dad dropped me as a baby whilst listening to the Hagler fight on the radio because he won a load on Hagler.
Hearns was a huge hero of mine.

Since then I've became a huge fan of Emile Griffith and Jack Johnson for achieving what they did, with the struggle they endured.
Also Roberto Duran as he's the man every boxing fan wants to be.

Recently GGG has become my favourite and could easily become my favourite all time. When he fights I get as excited as I did as a kid for Lennox,Hitman and Danny.

When live boxing was shown on Sportsnight during the 70's/80's, I used to love watching Jones the Dig, Colin Jones from Gorseinon in Wales. He would walk through anything to latch one on you, and you just know it was going to come some time. Unlucky not to be world champ against McCrory and Curry, all heart and all punch.

I'm going to say Pacquiao and I know it's probably the least fashionable time to pick him, but what he's done is staggering to me.

He's in the pot of my favourites that include Leonard, honeyghan, Duran, hagler, eubank, Hamed, barrera, lennox, Hatton, maidana
