So, bet 50 pre match on both teams not to score in first half at 2/9 returns guaranteed profit of 11.11 and place 50 in play for both teams to score at 3/1 which hopefully will return profit of 150. I have that right don't I?

Landaeta is around 14/1 to dethrone Taguchi tomorrow morning. Ryoichi didn't look good last time out and you gotta wonder how comfortable he really is at 108

I've been wondering about this too. I'm wary of Stevens being inactive but as you say it's a big step up for Teixeira. He doesn't exactly look elusive going by what I've seen on youtube so he'll likely have his chin checked and Stevens is one of the hardest hitters in the division. I'll be interested in what the odds for Stevens via ko are.

If my maths are right then it's possible to bet on United-Leicester tomorrow with Bet365 and be guaranteed to not lose money. United are evens, draw is 5/2 and Leicester are 16/5. £20 on United and £10 each on a draw and Leicester win would leave you breaking even if United win, £5 up if it's a draw and £12 up if Leicester win.

Edit: Ignore, it's late and I'm an idiot, you'd be £5 down if it's a draw. Already put it on too with £100 split in the same proportions, at least if it's a draw I'll only lose my winnings from my Walsh double earlier tonight.

Leicester city to beat Man United and both teams to score @ 8/1 special with Corals. Max bet £20. Worth doing IMO. Think there's going to a lot of goals in that match. 3-2 Leicester with a late winning goal.

I saw that you can get your money back 4 times in the Parker Takam fight if Takam wins. Now I think it's a 50/50 fight, so 4 times your money back sounds very very fair to me.

I'm thinking about taking Teixiera a win for him can get him a fight with the top 10 middleweights and can be the new hype commodity as an opponents for middleweight I love taking the unkown fighter over long time known fighter who has plateau.

Viktor Postol 4/1 vs Terence Crawford looks a good price this is a competitive fight even though I favour Crawford

Crolla slight underdog vs Barroso. Not convinced by Barroso, not fought anyone till a faded Mitchell. Think Crolla might outwork him for a points win but going to just take the win at 2.1. Any thoughts?

I think Crawford will stop him late. Not giving Postol much of a chance against Bud. I think he's that good.

Really..your not alone there I suppose, I just think his record hasn't proved anything yet and the Mitchell win flattered him a bit. the first knock down was a clear slip and the damage was done with a jab.. you could say that shows his power but really..? I think it says more about Kevin Mitchell not being the same fighter he has been, and also possibly weight drained, he did say afterwards he had had problems on that score. Difficult to say, obviously why the bookies cant split them.

His opponents haven't been great but he has an 86% OK ratio and crolla has struggled with European level opponents in the past. I know what you are saying but I thought the combinations and power he unleashed on Mitchell were pretty scary.

Any opinions on Adil Anwar Vs Shayne Singleton contest. Both have yet to live up to their early promise, but when both at their best Anwar is the better imo, although it can be argued that his best days are behind him.

Not really. Lemieux has a decent chin so how does Tapia win? Tapia got stopped by Michel Soro last time in Round 4, Soro is hardly a monster.

I'm not British or Irish, but since this appears to be the only real betting thread on the forum I'd like to participate here as I bet quite a bit on boxing and other combat sports. 1 unit= $100 and I quote profit not return. Anyone else betting the biggest fight of the weekend?

Saul Alvarez over Amir Khan at -385 (1.26) risking 3.42 units to win 0.85 units.
Saul Alvarez wins by KO/TKO/DQ or UD at -249 (1.40) risking 2.49 units to win 1.0 unit.

You don't have to be British or Irish to get involved in this thread!

It's been that long since i've been to vegas though i'm forgetting how to translate your odds. The prices over here for it are:

Canelo - 2/7 (hills)
Khan - 7/2 (bet365)

Canelo stoppage 4/7 (betfred)
Khan stoppage - 18/1 (bet365)

Canelo points - 11/2 (coral)
Khan points - 4/1 (bet365)

no one giving khan a chance ? he looks a helluva lot taller in the head to heads, couple that with fast feet and fast hands and it starts to look like a bet worth taking

Inoue by stoppage is 1/9 Vs Carmona...oddly the bout NOT TO GO THE DISTANCE is 1/7... won't make anyone rich but is is essentially a free 14% ROI
