I think Mike is gettting a bit of a raw deal here. Thoughg he would of been made mandatory for Skeete. Its not even a final eliminator. He is going to have to get his shot the hard way. This is a good fight. I think Mike might just be too relentless

He'll get made mandatory if he wins it, they just won't call it a final eliminator because that would mean Welborn getting a shot if he wins. Neither of them really deserve it but good luck to them, chance to put themselves in position for a big opportunity.

Hope towell wins well, Scottish boxing badly needs a new star and if he could get the British it would be great.

Would be a smashing win but Scottish boxings new star is fighting on the undercard in Wales tomorrow. Future world champion :TU:

Same mate. Was a top class amatuer but I think he's more suited to the pros. Been waiting on him turning over for what feels like a lifetime. He should be going for domestic titles next year then who knows? I think he's good enough to go to the top.

Hearn the saviour putting on a show in Glasgow without neither Josh Taylor or Mike Towell is shocking! Both these guys have decent supports and are tv fighters who have fan friendly styles which would sell. Instead he puts on boring John Ryder, Nigel benns son . And a host of Scottish youngsters still in the journeyman stage. Way to win back the Scottish public... Moron

Although I agree to an extent mate as long as the tickets are selling out with his fighters from Glasgow between Ricky Burns, Willie Limond and the ones he uses from Alex Morrison, why would he put on other promoters boxers?

With Cyclone having a deal with C5 do you really see them wanting Josh on another platform selling out their show?

It would have been easier for him to put on Mike Towell and it is a shame that he isn't getting publicity on a show in Scotland but Eddie has to do whats best for him and Matchroom and if he were to use Mike it would be as an opponent for a Welterweight in his stable to get the work not to do Mike any favours.

I think Josh has the whole package and see him becoming a household name if Cyclone can keep him on C5 and in time headlining shows in Scotland, Mike I see having to travel to take on Bradley Skeete for the British if he can get past Wellborn at a show in london on allegedly and although i'm not the biggest Skeete fan it will be a hard fight for Mike to win but if he could get close to him early he would have a chance.

Taylor knocked a guy out with a jab last night.

The future of Cyclone promotions in my opinion.

Was a great shot but the opponent was shockingly bad.
