Henry Armstrong was bundle of fire anywhere between 126 and 135, and still dynamite at 147 when he was slowing down.

Saddler or Chavez with Arguello and Nelson not far behind. Armstrong could have fought at this weight and would be close to ebing the best.
Mayweather is still fighting... He looks good but still has so many questions to answer. He didn't do too much at this weight either...
