If he wants the Lonsdale outright then Ryder & Rose arent bad shouts at all. I've never seen Doran so can't comment on if it will be a mismatch. But I think Eubank really does need to kick on and fight a higher class of opponent in order to further his development.
Like him or not he's definitely improved since the BJS loss. His confidence seems to have grown - in the BJS bout he seemed very nervous and took a long time to get going. He needs some testing fights; it a massive jump in class from british level to a Jacobs or even higher still GGG
Massive respect if he's serious about jumping in with GGG though. I wonder if maybe he should be looking at getting in with Canelo instead. As good as Canelo is, his work rate is pretty poor. Eubank might be in with a small chance in that one and he'd be the first real middleweight Canelo has fought.

I have a feeling he will try and win it outright and give the belt to Blackwell.
In his interview he said he wants to try defend the title a couple of times in quick succession while trying to get the Golovkin fight.

GGG is going to make such a mess of Eubank.. Hopefully he's just making noise.
I'll probably get shot for saying this but I absolute love the Lonsdale belt. If I were a professional boxer and had a chance to win one outright I would go for it. It could take a year for him to win it outright but he's only 26 years old. So plenty of time for the world stage. He if can win quickly without sustaining something like a cut. No reason he couldn't be out within 2 months defending it.
