Re: Ali dies - RIP
Goodbye to the greatest. R.I.P big man, boxing has never and will never have anyone like you again.
Actually got a tear in my eye, I'm sure many a boxing fan has.

Well going by the picture and video I’ve seen for a few years now, this man’s quality of life won’t have been that good. If there’s anything to take from this it’s that he’s no longer in any pain - likewise for his family to see him in that condition.
I can’t imagine what it must have been like to see Muhammad Ali in the flesh! If there’s just one fighter I would love to come around all over again - it would be Muhammad Ali.
RIP “The Greatest”.

Not only just to be lucky enough to see him fight live, watching him train would have been a buzz. The ultimate showman.magwitch wrote:Well going by the picture and video I’ve seen for a few years now, this man’s quality of life won’t have been that good. Totally. Behind the legend was a man and his family suffering. May he rest in peace, and I hope they take solace in the fact he isn't in pain.magwitch wrote:Well going by the picture and video I’ve seen for a few years now, this man’s quality of life won’t have been that good. George Foreman rated Cleaveland Williams in his top 3 hardest hitters.

RIP Champ
Terrible news to wake up to but kind of half expecting before i went to bed last night judging by the reports i was reading late last night,
What can i say that hasnt already been said, done more for boxing and sport than anyone else could even dream of,ive seen more fights,DVDs and read more books of Muhammad Ali than any other fighter, like most boxing nuts there isnt much i dont know about him, funnily enough i wasnt the biggest fan of his style post exile but there was no doubting its effectiveness and his achievements were colossal, whether he was the best of all times is up for debate but he's definitly in contention
RIP The Greatest,a sad day for the world
