What about Wilt Chamberlain?
Usain Bolt is a modern equivalent of Ali in some ways: he's dominant, charismatic & transcends his sport.
Sprinting doesn't require the same about of courage obviously, and there doesn't seem to be a political cause that Bolt can champion to put him on the same pedastal as Ali.
