I see cintron is making a comeback. Based on Brooks last 3 opponents I'd be happy with Cintron, Ortiz, Alvarado or Rios. Would at least be recognisable names

Garcia won't make a decision for a few months. He's holding out for Mayweather fight should he return. Peterson would come to britain if the money's big I reckon altho Eddie would have to build a big bill if he wants it in a stadium.

I'm sceptical about whether Garcia will take the fight due to his dad and Uncle Al.

My doubt mainly are down to the rubbish Angel talks in this video.

I read a piece ages ago, think it was the 'snips n snipes' bit on here when they done the BoxRec news. The guy wrote of Angel Garcia 'part time indoor sunglasses wearer, full time lairy fuckwit'

To be fair to Brook, Eddie has to dig deeper than he has been prepared to so far.

It' all very well talking the big names, but it's time to start delivering them.

Isn't the Spence-Algieri fight to determine who the next mandatory IBF challenger is? The winner of this would be good for Kell and it might be easier to get Spence to the UK than any of the already established stars, just as they did with getting Crawford over for Burns. Problem for Kell is that Spence might be the most difficult opponent out of them all, yet wouldn't come with the sort of payday that would reflect it.

I think Spence v Brook would be similar to Burns v Crawford.

I reckon it would be a bit more competitive than that. Plus Brook has genuine power and accuracy. Even if he was down on the cards he has the power to pull it out the bag. I've not seen a lot of Spence but he looks a top talent from what I have seen. Brook has taken care of two madatories in his last three fights so hopefully Hearn can get a big money fight for him.

He'll knock out GGG in a brutal, first round KO.

Will Brook ever get on with fighting the elite of the division. A string of stiffs, now a title grab against Vargas. What next, i guess he will need a few easy defences of his new title!

Edward has already said Brook will move to 154, personally I think that's a ready made excuse for not facing the big names of the division in the future..

I can already hear Hearn's excuses, "The money isn't there", "Does the fight make sense?", you just know he'll put him in there with somebody that's ranked outside of the top ten but undoubtedly the opponent will be "awkward", he'll be able to "punch" and my personal favourite "If he lands one on Kell's chin, he'll know about it"

Mayweather has claimed that they're ducking Brook. Which one wants to fight him?

Mayweather wont have a clue about Hearn/Brook and their dodging tactics, he's to far up his own anal passage to know whats really going on with them.

I'd bet Thurman, Garcia and Spence would have no problem fighting Brook if they will be paid what he fight is worth.

Hearn/Brook are frothing at the mouth for the Vargas fight, simply because he has a title. Its the sad reflection of the state boxing is in today. At best, Vargas is really just a paper champion, there is no real substance to him being a world champion, but when Brook takes it from him he will be a two time world champion, quite sad really when you look at his record.

And you can bet your house on him vacating both titles shortly after.

I would, they clearly want no part of Erroll Spence & Garcia. Hearn has already said they'll move up to 154, which will be their excuse for ducking..

Laughable. The sad thing is Brook has the talent to be the best fighter possibly at 147 but his career has been laughable considering the ability he has combined with the fact he's been a pro since he was 18.

Wasn't Jessie Vargas being discussed as an opponent for him?

Vargas a good opponent, and not before time.
This is his 4th defence since winning title.

Spence's team didn't want the Brook fight and Garcia in the press said he wanted $5m. Hearn said he'd move up after winning all the belts.
