Anythony Joshua for his compete game... Tyson Fury (fawed)... Wladimir Klitschko (flawed)... Buster Douglas (only for his Tyson fight)... Lennox Lewis (actually don't watch him at all, you'll develop bad habits, but he did a good, disciplined job on Mike Tyson if you ignore the holding)... Vitali Klitschko (his legs needed to be rehabbed from kickboxing injuries, giving him a very awkward, stiff stance and poor movement, but his fight with Tomasz Adamek at age 40 is as study in deflecting shots from a shorter skilled boxer and controlling the fight 100%)...

Anybody other tall upright rangy orthodox heavyweight in the History of Boxing is total worthless to watch so far as tips... But watch Robert Helenius and Ernie Terrell to see what NOT to do. Those are the last guys you want to fight like.

Also watch Michael Grant's fight with Tomasz Adamek and contast it with Vitali Klitschko's fight with Adamek... It demonstrates how boxers get into the habit of aiming punches... loading... waiting forever... and basically maintaining a very poor defense and not being smart and disciplined despite their size advantage ... and blowing the decision, sending the other guy off to get a title shot... It's true Grant was 38.. Vitali was 40.
