Boxrec rating no sense

Many times this rating looks really ridiculous, by example cruiser rating 26th Wlodarczyk 50-3-1, over him unknown Laggoune 19-0-2, Merhy 19-0-0, Lerena 14-1-0, Daley 15-1-0, Szello 13-0-0 etc they are bums and fought against bums, how they can be over former world champion Wlodarczyk? Wtf? Sorry but this rating is shit.
