Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
A simple Yes or No will suffice, but reasons would also be good.
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Considering it'll be shown on Showtime here in the United States, no I'm most certainly not...but I wouldn't have been buying it anyway. It'll be another easy win for Joshua.

Ah, interesting. That will probably make it easier for UK viewers to find a stream then?gilgamesh wrote:Considering it'll be shown on Showtime here in the United States, no I'm most certainly not...but I wouldn't have been buying it anyway. It'll be another easy win for Joshua.

in the era of streaming got to be crazy to. However, I do not know what streaming is or as a matter of fact do not possess any water to stream.
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Usually when they do fights out of the U.K., they just plug into the feed from over there. The Showtime crew commentators will discuss the fight a few minutes, and then it'll cut to the video feed of the British Broadcast.Boxerbeetle wrote:Ah, interesting. Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
No it just doesn't excite me that much
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
I'm not even streaming the fight, just wait until it's on Youtube, it's a nothing fight and will be another 2 round blowout, waste of time, until maybe he fights the best heavyweight around in Fury next year or the year after?
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
i'll probably watch it, not going to be anything to write home about i doubt, but won't pay for it
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Not going to bother. AJ win the main event in another blowout. The fight I'm interested in is Martin Murray Vs. George Groves but not interested enough to part with my cash.
Will download the 2 fights on Sunday morning from one of the boxing torrent sites. Tend not to search for the videos on YouTube due to spoilers. I don't know why people post their videos with titles like "Joshua stops Breazeale in round 2".
This would have been a solid Saturday Fight Night on SKY Sports.

If I've got a spare five minutes I'll watch the ring walks, fight and interviews on YouTube the next day.
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Reasons? Really? To watch Joshua knock over another tin can?
The Murray v Groves fight will be decent but I'll wait and watch it on youtube.

Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
I'm not buying this one. It's a shambles. I'll stream it on Kodi but if it's a crap stream I'm not too bothered. There are only two fights that I'm not 100% sure of the outcome on the whole card (Groves/Murray and Hibbert fights) and that's hardly PPV worthy.
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Absolutely NOT.
The only fight I'm remotely interested in is Groves/Murray, which I won't be paying £17 for.

Snap !
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Considering the money they have available for the card its a disgrace of an undercard because Breazeale isn't costing much. Eubank should be facing Jacobs and 1 more world title fight like DeGale-Bute or Crolla-Linares. Groves-Murray is ok but not enough to justify paying £17 when the rest of the card is so average and the main event is not competitive.

Would if I could. Just live stream it.
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Groves v Murray is an interesting fight but not worth £17. I'll try streaming but won't lose sleep if I can't.

Yep, only to see Groves Murray.
Streams are all well n good as a last resort but they're generally a pain in the arse. I'd sooner pay the money and relax.

Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
I've got an android box with full sky package including sports ppvs for free so won't have to pay.
If I didn't have that I'd probably intend not to buy it then cave in on the day and buy it.

Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
I'm not buying it, it's a poor card. Better things to spend money on than this dross. Murray v groves is a solid fight but not ppv and the rest are mismatches. Euros on anyway so plenty to watch. If England top their group then first knockout game is next Saturday night so who wants to watch a weak boxing show?
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
I never bought the AJ vs Martin PPV because I was on holiday. If I'd have been here I would have complained about it and then bought it and I've reluctantly bought most if not all PPVs before.
I draw the line here. This is appalling. The only fight that is worth watching is groves vs Murray- but I am not suffice to excited about it that I would pay money to watch it.
AJ will blow Breazale away within 3 rounds- he is hopeless and a sitting, stiff duck. There isn't even the compensation of a decent undercard.
If there was no football on and I was completely bored I'd maybe watch it. But it will be a light summer's night. There will be a multitude of things I could do rather than pay £17 to watch that.
I will watch it on YouTube later.

Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
I hate all PPV
But this card is poor compared previous PPV Matchroom cards I would accept it on normal sky.
Breazeale won't make round 3 and anyone who has seen his fights v Kassi and Mansour will agree.
Hearn is making a big deal about Groves and Murray its a decent fight all I'm interested in.
Then Eubank v Doran nothing against Doran but his Eubanks quality of opposition is declining people thinking he is fighting GGG soon need to get real.
Hibbert v some Italian for a WBC silver title after he ducked the Ryan fight again.
Then Dillian Whyte in a tune up, Khal Yafai in my opinion on of the worst matched fighters in the country v TBA ( I really rated Khal when he turned over ), Connor Benn v TBA, ogogo v TBA
Anyone paying for this for me is a fool

I heard Whyte is fighting Sexton for British title?
Re: Are You Buying The Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale PPV?
Yes, I'm interesting in seeing Joshua's development and have been since the Whyte fight. Especially if something big, like a fight with Fury (if successful next month) is in the works. I ignored all the fights prior to Whyte as its hard to justify as headline material.
I'm not interested in illegal streams, I'm not one to criticise boxing while engaging in piracy etc etc. YouTube quality is horrible and I can't watch it.
