dont get me wrong, kovalev is the #1 or only behind bertebiev, joe would be a huge underdog. but what if joe goes beast mode in the first 2 rds, the dude got power and swings with bad intentions, any man who gets clicked on the chin with those kind of punches would go down or sleep for a while.
would kovalev be cautions and box from outside or basicly stay away from those hooks, or would kovas pride take over and they have some exchanges, where joe could have his moments?
I say kov would win by tko around 5, but i see joe having his moments in the first few rds.
What would happen in the first 2 rds if Joe fought Kovalev?

Highly unlikely Joe sees 2 rounds in that scenario.

Are we talking about Joe Calzaghe?

I assume you're talking about Joe Smith the guy that beat Fonfara...I think Kovalev would take him out fairly quickly. Either in the 1st or 2nd round.

Kovalev would KO him in 2 rounds (at most). Fonfara hurt him pretty badly, and Kovalev has more power, more skills and better accuracy than Fonfara.Chepppaaa wrote:dont get me wrong, kovalev is the #1 or only behind bertebiev, joe would be a huge underdog. but what if joe goes beast mode in the first 2 rds, the dude got power and swings with bad intentions, any man who gets clicked on the chin with those kind of punches would go down or sleep for a while.
