..surely there's a fine line here...but once you OFFICIALLY get caught using the substance (the amount is of no importance because the first 2 tests were negative) and the fight was called off, I would argue that calling someone a cheat is hardly an exaggeration and by no means defamation...
It's defamation and exaggeration alright because the substance was legit until beginning 2016, and that Povetkin DID NOT FAIL HIS DRUG TEST, since it was 14 times under the allowable limit.

You're too thick to understand, but don't worry, there's some smart people in the judicial system.
...yep, I guess I am too thick to understand your logic...

Because he didn't carry the belt, Klitschko wasn't the mandatory, or both.
Next to that he fought much better competition as Wilder does anyway.

But he twice pulled out from Wlad fight as a mandatory challenger for his titles. And he fought only two good opponents in that timespan (from January 2008 to October 2013) - Chagaev and Marco Huck. His others opponents were Taurus Sykes, Jason Estrada, Leo Nolan, Teke Oruh, Nicolai Firtha, 44 y.o. Cedrick Boswell, corpse of Hasim Rahman and awful Andrzej Wawrzyk.

Povetkin was generally mocked pretty hard for ducking Wlad if I recall correctly...I don't recall him having too many fan boys.

Back then there weren't too many of them, but now when Povetkin's fans talk about Wlad fight, they only mention referee. Not Povetkin's ducking of Wlad for 4+ years, not him being completely outclassed in the ring, not him being knocked down multiple times and not him being unable to win a single minute in that fight.

Fight was canceled for further investigation. Get your facts straight and you won't arrive to erroneous conclusions.

That's just admitting Wlad was the best. Hughie Fury recently also refused to fight Whyte, which is logic since Whyte is clearly the better one at this moment. Wilder somehow does carry a belt, while he doesn't deserve it. That's just pretty sad, can't call it much else.

But perhaps the most suspicious circumstances conveyed in the SB Nation report stems from a defamation lawsuit filed by Pacquiao years ago against Mayweather, for implying Pacquiao was a doper. In 2012, Pacquiao’s legal team served subpoenas on Mayweather, his promoter and USADA demanding documents relating to PED testing for the three fights he had been tested by USADA.

(An example of what they might have found was uncovered by SB Nation in lab reports from the Nevada commission. Mayweather recorded abnormally low testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratios before two fights — the subtext: epitestosterone can be used to attempt to counter-balance performance-enhancing testosterone use before a test.)

At that point in the legal slugfest, Mayweather blew away Pacquiao’s camp with a lofty settlement offer, and the subpoenas went away.

The 48-0 Mayweather will fight Andre Berto on Saturday night in Las Vegas in what he claims will be his last fight-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------floyd paid handsomely to keep those results quiet, shouldnt call others drug cheats, wilder is knee deep in it :TU:

Packman actually provided docs that he was never tested positive...and it took 5 years and ended with peanuts.
All Povetkin can provide are Riabinski twitts and Kalan posts-)))))

I have never seen a fighters body shape transform as quickly as Povetkins.

He always had a bit of blubber on him especially the back. Even after ridiculously hard training camps he still had a bit of fat on him.

Suddenly at this stage of his life his body has miracously transformed into a Russian Adonis of pure muscle.

The reason Floyd, Golden Boy, Oscar, and Richard Shaeffer, settled privately with Pacquiao is so they didn't have to disclose the amount of the settlement... Pacquiao had the option to push it to trial and then the settlement would go public, so he asked for a hefty sum and got it... He can't reveal how much he got, but the defendants had to pay Pac's legal fees plus a "very substantial" settlement according to Pacquiao's legal team.

If I were Ryabinsky I would never go for an out-of-court settlement... The damages in this case are beyond awesome... Povetkin's legal team can point to thousands of Internet boxing gurus like Dontae calling him a "cheating piece of shlt steroid abuser" and reams of horrendous comments coming from social media... The damage can never be undone... Even if the defendants are forced to pay Povetkin 50 to 100 million... retracted all their statements... profusely apologized to Povetkin publicly... There would still be thousands of idiots going on line the next day calling Povetkin a PED cheat ... It's a little like a guy who spent 30 years in prison being exonerated because it's been proven that he's innocent... The prosecutors in the case never admit they were wrong...they always say they're letting a guilty man out.

Show me? show me a few pics? TBH I think he's still quite fat.

Wilder recently all of a sudden seemed to gain a lot more fat and muscles, but he's probably covered by the American compagnies.

He got minor traces of meldonium left in his body from 2015. Also, it has never been proven that meldonium has any positive effects on athletes at all, no matter how much you take from it.

So if Meldonium was fine to use from 1985 through 2015 -- and went on the banned list January of this year... and because there have been many thousands of athletes taking Meldonium they realized that it would take time to clear their bodies so there was an allowable concentration to account for that, which was anything under 1 Microgram... and since Povetkin had a very tiny fraction of 1 Microgram in his system 70 nanograms... YES!!!! ... If you call him a cheat you're a DAMNED LIAR and guilty of DEFAMATION...

"Ryabinsky sues DiBella and Wilder"

Damn right! Good! Because that phony USSA tv hype job had no intention of ever fighting Vityaz man Povetkin. The bum never even went to Russia. It was all a setup with mob connected Doctor Irene Goodman's Las Vegas (Ne) VADA drug testing outfit.

All of this underneath is VADAS bad and the origin of this debacle. The old saying applies here 'they STARTED it, their fault'.

No VADA stuff up, no Wilder speaking out about Povetkin.

won't work. He was surprisingly good in the studio yesterday. Lucky for him the case will be laughed out of court.
