They're not worried about hard core boxing fans. They are looking at a broader market.

Fair play to the lad. Beats selling shite pot on council estate corners.
Yes I agree. But I find the obfuscation and the falseness and media 'persona' nauseating. And it shows how gullible the public can be. You can really see how propaganda is such a powerful tool, though eventually it will be found out.

I see Joshua fans as analogous to the population of North Korea.... They believe and sup on everything they're told without questioning it. I find it depressing that so many human beings are so easily fooled!

PS and Eddie Hearns is the people's republic of Joshua's Kim Bong Un
Riddick won't appreciate that lol
What people don't understand about my enthusiasm towards Joshua is that hype doesn't affect me at all. It never has and it never will. I don't watch the tiresome promotions or feuds nor read the media fanfare, or listen to the fans in the pub. Ironically, many of the ones moaning about the hype are allowing the hype to affect them, so they are compelled to let it alter their opinion to such a negative degree that we get the traditional British misery-guts types who actively set out to defy the hype for the sake of it, starting threads like 'Is it me or is Joshua terrible' (which, whatever you think of him, is an absurd position to take), or just lumping all Joshua fans together as 'swallowing the hype' in a desperate attempt to separate themselves from the grunting layman. Such sages you guys are.

I've not been pedalling anything unusual, and I don't think it's unreasonable to make predictions before Joshua has beaten the Malik Scotts of the division in order to 'prove' himself. The funny thing is, there is now going to be a gradual acceptance as Joshua's wins get better, the bitter naysayers will be forced to peter out somewhat, and folk will have to revise their opinion. Or remain stubborn, whatever they want to do is fine by me.

Is pot not a word anymore
Put it this way, my mum died 4 years ago, at 83 and she used to call it pot.
She was a trendsetter, your mum

I see AJ staying humble until someone gets under his skin (my favourites Whyte,Miller or Fury), and he loses his cool in Tysonesque proportions and his Badman side comes out in public.

I remember when Mike was the humble one and a sponsors dream.
He spent the next decade in prison, biting ears and shagging.
