This will be good for Fury... He was in horrible condition and needed to get weight off so he could get quality sparring in... And Wladimir will be nearly a year older ... than when he appeared slow and aged in their last fight.

October 29th is 4 months away. Really means both will have to recommence their entire preparation.

It works. We have a busy few weeks on the horizon and this fight will land during the beginning of NFL season. Down with it.

I'm beginning to wonder if this fight will ever happen.

I'm actually beginning to think if favours Wlad, of the two men, he's the one more likely to keep himself together mentally and physically for that period.

Klitschko will either KO him (the first fight was odd and Wlad alluded to that in recent interviews) or he's shot.

I always expected Tyson to win the rematch, but I'm not so sure, in his favour is Wlad's age.

Saw something trending about Wlads wife no longer wearing her ring.

Wonder if that's motivation or distraction going into the fight

Depends if Tyson's seen on twitter making her a sandwich.

Vlad was damn near knocked out in their first fight watch that 11th round. It is devoutly wished that Fury finishes what he started last time and ends this fantasy talk with a stoppage instead of a UD.

Any delay is in Fury favor.

Klitchko is over 40, and any half a year is significant :verysad:

As a matter of fact, even when he massacred Povetkin he looked slow and not as sharp as we used to. That's why he clinched a lot(slow legs) and rarely used right hand.
Slower Klitchko was enough against "midgets" like Povetkin and Jennings, height and reach are not reduced with age. But taller and bigger Fury was too fast(and Fury is very fast for his gigantic size) for 40 yo champ :maybe:

So Fury still in his prime (mid-20s), Klitchko will be a year older...

Worse fight ever.
Then they sit around for almost a full year doing nothing.

This whole heavyweight thing is a marketing ploy.
People can't tell how big fighters are if they are in shape.

I've shocked more than a few people when I tell them a certain fighter was under 154 pounds.
If they stopped mentioning what weight class the fight is in, most people wouldn't choose to watch Tyson Fury or Wlad.

At what point in the round was he close to being stopped? We've all seen Wlad down and seriously hurt before, and it's looked nothing like anything in the 11th.

http://www.celebdirtylaundry.com/2016/h ... klitschko/

Has Hayden Panettiere called off her wedding to boxer Wladimir Klitschko? ‘Nashville’ star Hayden Panettiere was seen in New York City on the Fourth of July but something was missing. Hayden was not wearing the sparkly diamond engagement ring from fiancé Wladimir Klitschko.

Hayden entered a Utah at a rehab facility for a second time in May and was receiving treatment for post-partum depression. The first time Hayden sought treatment the actress took a leave of absence from her role as Juliette Barnes on ‘Nashville.’

It appears that Hayden has completed rehab and is now in New York City. Daily Mail posted photos of Hayden wearing a blue and green striped shirt, blue leggings, boots, smoking a cigarette and reading ‘Underboss: Sammy the Bull Gravano’s Story of Life in the Mafia.’

There has been no official word that Hayden and Wladimir have called it quits on the relationship. The couple has one began dating in 2009 after meeting at a book launch party. Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko split in 2011citing long-distance for the cause of the breakup.

Not gonna help with his prep. By the way I know that's from a gossip site but there's other more 'legitimate' sources reporting it aswell.

Close to being stopped is a huge exaggeration. Especially considering he did better in round 12 than any other in the fight.

He got caught with a left hook that straightened his legs and had him rocked and almost flailing his arms. Any real follow up might have put him down, but knocked out is a stretch that's true. Thank God Fury can't punch huh.. Fury sure as hell made Vlad look stupid missing shot after shot.

By the way, what you do in the next round has zero bearing on what could have happened the previous one. Not a smart correlation. Guys can get dropped hard and come back to win fights in the SAME round, it's boxing. Anything can happen.

And still got outlanded in the 12th too

He was nowhere near stopped and not even hurt. Klitschko only fought in the 12th and won it clearly.

I've never seen Wlad badly hurt and rally to batter his opponent, any time he's come close to being stopped, he's been subsequently stopped.

He was rocked believe it, I care neither way. They were putrid on the night, and Fury won by 5 points. In Vlad's backyard. Says a lot.

Klitschko was getting outfought round after round after round. Blame his unwillingness to engage and panicky skittish behavior on the man himself, he fought scared bottom line. He will either do it again lose again, or give himself a chance to win by going after the KO from the beginning. He could get it, but I doubt it.
