GGG and his team really fell for it this time. GGG and his handlers have to be a little more careful about who they let ride on their coattails to make headlines. I'm saying this because there's ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that Kell Brook follows through with this fight. How they can't see that is beyond me.

Am I supposed to believe that one of the biggest chicken shit champions in Boxing, who most recently ran from a fight with the little Diego Chaves, is going to show up on fight night against the best and baddest fighter in the world, perhaps ever? The same guy that has been calling people out left and right for 2 years and never fighting anyone worth a lick? The guy that just loves to give soundbites to get in the news? That guy?

If you all are smart, you won't fall for this too. So i don't mean to piss in the Brit's mushy pea's but THIS FIGHT IS NOT HAPPENING, i don't care what it signed. In this era of Boxing Postponements, this will just be another one and Brook will find a way out of this one. Trust me, move on and get this one out of your mind. IT WON'T HAPPEN. I PROMISE YOU.

A truck load of money for a bit of a hiding, like he has probably suffered more than a few times in sparring and gym wars, for a loss that won't effect his career is probably another angle to view this from.

I was sort of thinking along the same lines myself, but I haven't said it out loud because I don't want to come across as overly cynical.

Caldo you're a moron... Brook WANTS this fight dude. He's a great fighter... Did Emile Griffith want to fight Dick Tiger??? YES!!!... Did Jose Napoles want to fight Carlos Monzon??? YES!!!... Did Ray Robinson want to fight Jake LaMotta??? YES... Did Roberto Duran (fought 119 to 135 for 64 fights) want to fight Marvin Hagler??? ... Did Ray Leonard want to fight Marvin Hager??? ... YES!!! TO ALL OF THAT ... Did Floyd Mayweather want to fight Gennady Golovkin??? ... Oops!!! I guess he didn't... Floyd didn't want to fight Kell Brook either. Hmmm...Andre Berto was more his speed... Brook is not afraid to lose and this fight will test his limits.. He'll probably get knocked out, but for him it's worth the risk.. He won't go out like Khan.

Great fighters step up to the plate. Guys who want to keep their "O" don't... Brook is no small Welterweight like Napoles.. He'll be 165-168 on the night.

I am actually afraid that Brook will start having second thoughts and will get "injured". That would be regretful, but at least it is not a good fight anyway.

It's a great fight while it lasts... GGG will knock him out... Leonard came off a 3-year-layoff to beat Marvin Hagler... Few expected that... Especially since Leonard lost to a Lightweight before.

The guy that calls Brook one of the greats and puts him in the same company as Sugar Ray Leonard, Duran and SRR says that I'M THE MORON? Hilarious. You Brits are in such a rush to anoint the "great" tag to your boxers. Newsflash for you, Kell Brook is not great. If he gets stabbed again and had to retire tomorrow, he wouldn't even be considered for Boxing's HOF. He may get free pints for life in your bars but that's about it. Brook barely beat Porter and that's the only noteworthy win on his line card.

Now that i cleared that ridiculousness up, let's get serious here. Brook ducked Diego Chaves recently after signing on to fight him and then opted instead to fight some taxi driver named Bizier. What in the world makes you think that he won't do the same thing once he realizes that he just signed his death warrant against GGG? Eubank Jr would have been a better fight but he ran chicken shiit.

I really do hope that Brook grows a sack and climbs through the ropes come fight night because i'm going to enjoy seeing his head come off. I enjoy when these overrated Brits finally get in the ring with someone legitimate and get their bells rung. But like i said, anyone excited about this fight is wasting their time. It's not happening

Why the negativity? Kell has signed the contract... And if, anything happens then cast your judgement. It's not very often we get the top fighters in the ring with each other. So stop with the negativity and lets give boxing a good name so more of these bouts can happen. You may not be a fan of Brook or the fact GGG is facing a Welter.. But while this last it should be a good fight and who know's there could be a massive upset on the cards. Neither man has an excellent resume, so let's see what happens...

COME ON KELL!!!

This upcoming fight reminds me more of when Marlon "Moochie" Starling surpassed 154 and challenged Michael Nunn at 160. I remember Nunn at the time getting a lot of respect. Not quite on the level of GGG...But fairly close..

It's very unlikely Brook will defeat GGG.

But..Starling put on a good performance. I expect or suspect Brook just might do the same. Don't think Brook is going to be a easy pushover. Not expecting Brook to get blown out. Would not be shocked if Brook broke GGG's KO streak.

I agree. No way Brook pulls out; he will get beaten up but from what I've seen, he's hounorable. Eubank is the pussy in this equation and the only way GGG v Kell doesn't happen is if either get injured.

BTW, I'm from London and will be buying tickets to see IMO the best middleweight since Monzon. GGG.

I've been here a long time and plenty of people know me. There are websites that will hold the money until the bet is won. I won't be on the street, but thanks for your concern. I'm ready, let's make the bet right now. I'm ready to bet. I have the money ready to go.

I think you're the pathetic one, Keithmoonhangover is an old and trusted member of the forum who has been verified by many on here including admin and his shit checks out, he has been verified to work in an industry and in a position where that bet may mean he eats at home one more night that week, should he lose.

Now, I'm calling you out on being a pathetic big noter, you have no rep on here, you have made a big claim and once it was accepted you have cried, unfortunately for you you've cried foul on a genuine, verified member of the sigh, neigh, community.

I'm so sure of Kiefy's credentials that I'm going to propose this, I will take half of Kieth's bet (Keith willing, of course) and we all put the money in an on line escrow system, yeah? Put up or shut up, gobshite!

I'll 3rd that, Caldo, you're a complete and utter bellend, one of a handful of people on my ignore list, so that I decide whether to waste my time listening to your drivel.

Why make a bet if you're not prepared to take it? You call people out, then shrivel away like the pathetic little woodlouse you are.
