Soliman v Derevyanchenko

Post by amwsnw »

Interested to see how everyone sees this one panning out. I dont know much about Derevyanchenko other than his record, which shows he hits hard.
Hopefully Sam's knee holds up and he can give a good display and use plenty of movement.

Interesting fight. We'll have a better idea of how good Derevyanchenko is after this.

Soliman is old but because of his awkward style, he's still a difficult win for any middleweight (except Golovkin).

Solomon's awkwardness, fitness and determination ensure he is never an easy fight.

His knee has been the reason he has pulled out of a couple of recent fights. So regardless of whether he claims he is fit and ready to go, the knee is unlikely to be 100%.
