Top Rank chief Bob Arum says they are looking at 3 names as possible opponents for Manny Pacquiao:

Terence Crawford, Danny Garcia, and Jessie Vargas.

Floyd will NEVER let Manny get the Garcia fight. Not sure how Haymon would even let this happen but Floyd has been pumping up DG's stock for months now in interviews. Floyd's no dummy. He's seen Garcia struggle with mediocre fighters lately and feels he's ripe for the picking. Garcia is the biggest name and most ripe for a loss so Floyd will never let Manny be the one to get that mark.

I predict that Floyd and Garcia will fight in May 2017. That's my guess.

I hope it's Crawford, if he beats Postol, because he is the best opponent of the 3 and a Pacquiao win over him means a lot more than over Garcia or Vargas.
