These two guys fight on Wenesday for the vacant IBF title that Carl Frampton has vacated. How does everyone see this one going? Pretty interesting match up. Also does anyone know what time (UK) they'll be in the ring roughly? I'm hoping to try and get it on Kodi. If you see this thread Boxing Prospect do you have any ideas?

I can see Quigg fighting the winner of this early next year. His comeback fight will probably be someone for a toy IBF belt later in the year.

The broadcast will be aired on TBS from 8PM Tokyo time (mid-day UK) and will be shown along with the Ioka bout. Unsure if they will be shown Live or on a little bit of a delay (Japanese boxing is notoriously for delay coverage which meant EVERYONE know Uchiyama had lost to Corrales before the bout had aired-apparently helped the ratings there though).

TBS is on Kodi if you want tips on where to find it but I suspect Asianboxing will have it on their website within 24-48 hours if you can't catch it live.

As for how it'll go, I have to favour Wake. Guzman looks very much made to order for the Japanese fighter, however with Guzman's power you simply can't write him off. For me Wake's speed and movement will be the difference and I dare say Guzman's record has been flattered by facing the likes of Rosas (Super Flyweight) and Esquivel (shot Bantamweight). If Wake wins I wouldn't be shocked to see an all Japanese title bout on New Year's Eve (rematch against Oguni or a bout with his mate Iwasa) or a bout with Servania (who fought in Japan last year on a card also covered by TBS).

If Guzman wins I see him being more likely to travel and more likely to face Quigg.

By the RBR it sounded like Wake took a pretty brutal beating but showed a lot of heart.

Just watched it. A good fight in the end even after how one sided the start was.

Wake is one tough man and shown a lot of heart. Guzman was impressive for the first 5 rounds but looked uncomfortable when pushed on the back foot later on in the fight.
