I doubt it. I think Parker is due by early January.

I just had a quick look at the rules mate. It says that if it's your first mandatory defence- you have to defend the belt within a year. After that, all defences have to be within 9 months. If Joshua wants to fight someone it must be fast and on short notice, really like, next month or something.
