Interesting Bout Between Punchers on Friday

Post by Taansend »

Jerry Odom - 13(12)-2-1 v Julius Jackson 19(15)-1 at Supermiddle.

Two blokes who can crack but each one has been stopped. Julian Jackson is, in my humble opinion, the hardest hitting fighter of all time (P4P) - so I've been following his kids even though I don't think either will be a top level fighter.

But this bout could well be a classic.

Julian Jackson certainly has the reputation. My friend Milton fought him hard...and winning was stopped near end of fight. Milton had fought John David Jackson before that. Look at Mike Culbert Vs Milton 1 where....they inflate each boxers numbers. Anyway, Milton become ruin past the masterful disappointment against Julian J.
I wouldn't rate him alone. I'd rate it within a group. Others include George Foreman; Carlos Zarate; Alphonso Zamora; Wilfredo Gomez; would Ernie Shavers be? He DID NOT always have quality UP. Pipino Cuevas for a spell. Tommy Hearns for a spell! Where does Bob Foster fit? What score does Joe Louis have? The boxer who killed his wife and then himself in jail, ? He hadn't reached tested heights yet? Rocky Marciano? Others? David Tua ?? Roberto Duran at Lightweight?
Where did Young Stribling fit in? ((^ ^ ^ you tube))
