There was another guy who advertised in boxing monthly called Michael Hartly or something and he had a huge Tyson collection, that was his main thing, anyone remember him? He had a yellow ad.

I used to use Paul Hitchin (think that's his name).
Almost all the fights are on you tube or Dailymotion etc now

Did he live in Myfanwy? Still remember his catalogue. Oh the joy in the 1990s of a fat 4-hour VHS crammed full of fights dropping through the letterbox!
The internet and youtube has deprived the curious of the joy of the hunt.

Sad that my once valuable collection is now worthless thanks to YouTube.
Re: Boxing videos to buy
I have a collection of 17.000 fights.
Never thought of that as an Investment or having value. Of course a lot of the fight I have are on Youtube - So what?
When ever I want to see a certain fight, I can just pop a dvd into the player, open a beer and watch it.

Exactly. And I bet you enjoyed watching those fights on the tv screen rather than on youtube where it's too tempting to flick on to another fight or skip rounds. VHS is my favouriteWoller wrote:I have a collection of 17.000 fights.
