What is? Not knowing?
You are right of course. There is no reason why, except of their desire to hide why they are winning those fights.

Yeah. How I always thought too.
Did you yourself ever need to cut weight?
This stream makes me think about that at least.
Same for everyone isn't it? You can CUT only so far.
Interesting how some fans seem to think that Saul Alvarez some SIZE-FREAK. Why him especially? Or, is this perception? I mean..look at his personal history w/the Sport.

Fight at your weight, don't dehydrate to make weight.
Weight reduction is a "natural" as far as I know. Most fighters are advised to dry-out to get down to their lowest weight.
It's like *lesson one. 12lbs. from "walking around weight" is about the natural.
Quart of water weighs two pounds. Overnight we each dry out two pounds. Limit liquid intake.
It isn't only boxing. Wrestling too (College; High School; "Open")
I never looked at that in the least as cheating.
How could Canelo Alvarez be 187lbs on fight night vs Amir Khan? +27 lbs? Seems mysterious to me like untold story.
What else here as far as personal insights from actual BOXERS/ TRAINERS/ PERSONS THERE???
