Go back and watch eubank benn one. Then go and watch maybe froch groves 2 right after it.
Froch overachieved in his career. Got to take your hat off to him for it. But no way was he on benns level. Go back and watch more of benns fights then watch frochs.
Fortunately for froch the division wasnt great at the time.

I'd personally edge Froch.
I see him having the chin to take Benns power, grinding Benn down and stopping him late.
Froch's level of opposition stands up against any British fighters from the last 25 years.
