Just got to try and stay sober enough to enjoy the fight.
I've lost count of the number of nights I've stayed up to watch fights with mates, and by the time the main event started, everyone was so wankered that everyone was just shouting at eachother all the way through the fight, which barely got a look in.

I've done that many a time! Also been so cúnted that I've had to check who won when I've woken up despite watching the fight!jamesmcdonnell wrote:Just got to try and stay sober enough to enjoy the fight.

Re: Leo Santa Cruz (c) vs. Carl Frampton - July 30th 2016
Was at Harrison v Medina years ago and couldn't remember who won! I woke up and I could've swore he won and I was talking to my mate on the phone who'd asked if Harrison will get a rematch? I was thinking 'what you talking about'. I said he won and he said 'he lost ya fanny are you for real'jamesmcdonnell wrote:Stuarty30 wrote:I've done that many a time! I think Frampton looks physically shite at this weight, I think Frampton is in for a bad night and wouldn't be surprised if he gets viciously knocked out!

Says on the Virgin planner that this starts at 1am now. Is that correct? I thought it was 2am.
