Yep, Postol didn't follow up with his pressure, but it doesn't change the fact that Crawford avoided engaging for 11+ rounds.
What fight were you watching? Crawford engaged in way more than one round. Rewatch the fight...it's obvious you've got beef with TC.
I was watching the fight where Crawford was moving non-stop sideways along the ropes throwing jabs and occasional straight lefts. He demonstrated his advantage, dropped Postol, but kept doing the same boring routine instead of trying to stop Postol which he was able to do. I doubt that HBO will be throwing any big money at him, so he will have to keep doing PPVs. Let's see how this one did.
62k is being reported. Probably a break even for TR.

There's no such thing as a "running" fighter. There's nowhere to run in a Boxing ring.
There is more than enough space to run for a skilled boxer, especially when your opponent can't cut a ring well enough.
And? Is the ethos of the sport not "hit and dont get hit"? If youre too stupid to cut the ring off thats your hard cheese

It is not just a sport. It is a show. If you win without trying to please the crowd, then in most cases, you don't become a star.

I wasn't a fan of the rumors about this fight when i heard them a year ago but after Crawford's last two fights, I think I actually like the idea now. Speed? Pretty even between the two. Power? I'd give to TC but not by a landslide. Entertainment factor? It could be a barn burner because both hate losing exchanges at any point in the ring. My only fear is that Crawford fights this one like he did against Postol and tried to do a Floyd winning the last seconds of rounds and dancing all night.

But I've changed my opinion on this one. I think the odds are good that this could be a fantastic fight but the time is now. It has to be in November, otherwise father time will catch Manny quickly and every month matters at this point.

The Record line-to-line really is the bottom line!

I do see the fight happening.

I'd edge to Pacman on points.

I'd expect Crawford to fight Vargas afterwards win or lose against Pacman.

This fight isn't happening. Roach basically said as much.

I would expect Crawford to fight the WINNER of Pac-Vargas and he may have to move up to 147 to get Pac to agree to a match.

The later any Crawford-Pac fight happens the more faded Pac is likely to be. So if it doesnt happen by end of 2017 it's probably never gonna happen.

What surprises me about this poll is that Terence has about a 2-1 edge...I thought it would be closer than that.

Pac definitely has the edge in experience against top-notch opposition but at 37 I think he's lost a step or two and Crawford may be a little too fast for him.
