Carl Frampton is the only person i seen hurt Leo Santa Cruz
There a few rounds in the fight where Cruz was shaken up,much props to Frampton for a solid win against Cruz. Also some have to give frampton credit for some of the guys he defeated,he has beaten some very good fighters, defeating guys like Scott Quigg,Kiko Martinez, and Chris Avalos and also known for breaking Quigg's jaw as well.

Why did so many 'experts' get it wrong pre fight, most had LSC winning wide or ko?
Re: Carl Frampton is the only person i seen hurt Leo Santa Cruz
I think the real Jackal, the one they have all been hesitant to face, would do a number on Frampton and LSC, worse than anything seen them take up to now. Rigo wouldn't get touched much either. It begs the question how much do these titles mean if the best guy can't get his chance at them.

Because Frampton jumping a weight class, going on the road to fight a champion who had significant physical advantages. Nobody has a crystal ball but most of the factors favoured LSC

Yeah exactly and Frampton hasn't looked great in his last 2 fights prior to last night. I thought Santa Cruz would not only win but stop him late on due to his work rate and Frampton tiring quite noticeably against quigg in the later stages of their fight. Oh well I'm more than happy to be proved wrong as I like Frampton and I'm over the moon he got the win.Ricky_ wrote:psychod1986 wrote:There a few rounds in the fight where Cruz was shaken up,much props to Frampton for a solid win against Cruz. Also some have to give frampton credit for some of the guys he defeated,he has beaten some very good fighters, defeating guys like Scott Quigg,Kiko Martinez, and Chris Avalos and also known for breaking Quigg's jaw as well.

Sometimes fighters simply upset the odds, other times (though probably not in this case) I have a feeling experts from over the seas are a little ignorant to the European scene, hence a result like Calzaghe-Lacy.manchester-mexican wrote:Why did so many 'experts' get it wrong pre fight, most had LSC winning wide or ko?
