This talk of 10kg weight difference between Mundine and Green is pure fallacy.

As you said yourself, Mundine is likely to come in around 78kg. With Green at 83kg the difference is 5kg NOT 10.
Once the dehydrated ghost rehydrates to 87 kilos he should be around 8kgs heavier than Mundine come fight night

Watts will enter the ring tonight about 8kg heavier than Green. He already weighed in 4kg heavier and being a big guy he will put on probably another 4kg in the 24 hours before the fight.

Can you imagine drama, if they were weighed again at pre fight medical, and Authorities pulled the plug on the fight in the event there was substantial weight difference.

If tonight's fight was called off under those circumstances there would be drama. But if it was Mundine vs Green there would be a riot.

With Green likely to meet Mundine at an 83kg limit within 6 months, it's hard to imagine Green coming in at more than about 86kg against Watts.

If the Watts fight was at the cruiserweight limit of 90.7kg Green would then be handing Watts a weight advantage of around 4.7kg (over 10 pound).

Unlikely I'd say.

A big weight advantage..................what was it 4.7kg's and Mundine will be giving away 10kg's to Green what a scam :brick:

Thats probably about right i recon. Green will probably be maybe about 85 to 86 though. So maybe a 7 kg advantage. But by the same note green is probably giving up 10 kgs tonight and probably has been in his last few fights at cruiser

Last time I seen Green fight it was at Cruiserweight last time I seen Mundine fight it was At Jr Middleweight :-P stop having a stab in the dark about how much bigger the other Cruiserweight Green is fighting tonight will be so you can justify this bullshit I was listening to some of them Aussie Rules expert's interviewing Green last Saturday on some fm radio station what a bunch of wanker's one idiot said to Green how it was criminal how much weight Green had to lose so he could get down to Mundines weight of [Super Middleweight] for their first fight  all that idiot had to do was google Greens record to seen they were both fighting at the same weight class when they first fought SUPER MIDDLEWEIGHT :oo

Two fighters with a weight difference on the scales of nearly 4kg.

Green is unlikely to put on much pre-fight. Watts will be pigging out and put on plenty.

So the weight difference between the 2 tonight will likely be 8kg plus.

The weight difference in Mundine vs Green when they take the ring will probably be similar. Though remember if it is held in Victoria the maximum weight difference allowable on the scales is 6kg.

Remember too that nobody is forcing Mundine to fight Green. He is choosing to. Time to accept that and move on :TU:

Green wasn't forced in 2006 when he claimed to be a dehydrated ghost, but we got 10 years of excuses. probably get the same excuse again if he gets another lesson
