stop being troll,Fury has not being charged with anything ,the sun is eluding to what Fury is charged with via the media hype , as far as what is known big Tyson is far from being charged from UKAD officially !tobyh5 wrote:I have hardly followed the story due to complete lack of interest but did I miss something? I did not see anywhere in the article that says he has actually been cleared?!
The article says he HAS been charged and he is demanding answers to why this is. It then uses as defence that apparently UKAD told them it was all fine.
I am reading that to mean he has been charged but he is arguing they had previously told him it was all fine and no problem and he wants to know why he is now facing these charges.

You value your opinion on what you read from fish an chip paper rather than a real source , the time to condemn the world boxing staff barer is when UKAD says he has been charged and not before hand !tobyh5 wrote:No troll. Re: Tyson Fury to sue UK anti-doping !
The UKAD don't charge anyone. They merely report the results back to the requisite authority that has jurisdiction over an athlete. In Tyson's case, that would be the BBBoc.CiganoBoxer wrote:You value your opinion on what you read from fish an chip paper rather than a real source , the time to condemn the world boxing staff barer is when UKAD says he has been charged and not before hand !tobyh5 wrote:No troll. First time in my life I've been called a troll. I think if you re-read my posts, I specifically say he has not been charged, as his second test was clean.CiganoBoxer wrote:So i ask you this mr troll ,has the BBBoc or anyone official actually charged him Fury then ?Loynesy wrote:The UKAD don't charge anyone. Re: Tyson Fury to sue UK anti-doping !
UKAD are responsible for testing, then investigating any violations, before moving onto charging athletes, with adjudication in most cases being passed onto the National Anti-Doping Panel. NGBs have little, if anything to do with anti doping other than giving UKAD the authority to take control, the only one I know of having any sort of input is the FA.Loynesy wrote:The UKAD don't charge anyone. I said that I have not followed the story of this situation so read the link you provided, and all I can see is that he has been charged and wants to know why, not that he has been cleared and will be seeking damages over them charging him. I never said I believe or value my opinion on The Sun. YOU provided that link, suggesting you put weight in what was written, so I read it and still cannot see anywhere in it saying it has been shown that he did not take some sort of illegal substance.
As for "real source", I said I had not followed the story so have not seen or heard any other source so have not disbelieved anything or anyone. You need to learn to read pal.

Cigano is a very passionate Fury fan who's sick of the way Tyson has been treated, as are thousands of us. I'd suggest arguing against a man as qualified as Loynesy on these matters, though. That includes you Expe.

Hopefully this one is being drawn to a close now. Is it right Peter has given someone in their team the boot for leaking the story?Sklar wrote:Someone connected somehow to Fury may have leaked it for a few quid.

You are either odd, deluded, stupid or just misunderstanding this situation.
A whole thread with a story that you got wrong and cannot see it. I even pointed out that him suing them, was not him being cleared. The fcking article said that he had been charged and was suing over it. So you spouted some old bollox that I should not value the Sun, after YOU were the one valuing it and using it in your argument, until you saw you had used it wrongly!
Now further proof that he has been charged and you write that ^
It just means that his argument is that they cannot prevent him working while the investigation is ongoing. Not cleared at all. Do you actually get that? I am not even a hater, I have no interest in the story, do not care either way and am only arguing anything because you are talking such utter unintelligent twaddle

This thread has been incredibly bizarre. Story given as a talking point, in the story it has info, people comment on said info, OP ridicules people for believing source he provided as supporting evidence!

Isn't that unusual, I thought that usually any positive test resulted in a suspension from the sanctioning body? Or is that not how it works?tobyh5 wrote:CiganoBoxer wrote:Where all you bitch pudendum thread maker haters now ??![]()

It could presumably result in Wlad pulling out of the fight on the grounds that he didn't want to fight someone who has failed a test, as Wilder did against Povetkin.
