Aj v hayemaker
Aj v hayemaker
My theory...
I think this fight will be announced this week... why!!
Because sky sports are talking a lot about haye and who they talk about aj fights..
Last two years December fights broke records
Aj v whythe
And bellew v clev done great figures
Haye is ibf number 3 and promised cannon fight in September which is not happening..
This is just my theory and I think we are in for a monster fight this December..
Haye wins by easy knockout btw

Re: Aj v hayemaker
I'd love to see it, and I'd be rooting like hell for AJ to knock Haye out. Though I'd rather just see Haye get knocked out by some schmuck before hand and never earn the payday in the first place. F*ck David Haye.

Haye will fight like AJ is carrying nitroglycerine in his protector. He's never won against a big punching heavyweight who is bigger than him.mullenman wrote:My theory...

That time when he ran after Wladimir Klitschko up an escalator in a shopping mall and “caught” himjamesmcdonnell wrote:Haye will fight like AJ is carrying nitroglycerine in his protector. He's never won against a big punching heavyweight who is bigger than him.mullenman wrote:My theory...

I'd be well chuffed if this gets made.
No idea who would win. I like both fighters too.

Who's to say AJ is a big punching heavyweight though. He can knock over tin cans very efficiently but he's never faced a tough world level operator with a good chin.jamesmcdonnell wrote:Haye will fight like AJ is carrying nitroglycerine in his protector. Re: Aj v hayemaker
Bellew v Clev did great figures ? That surprises me.
Re: Aj v hayemaker
Wouldnt suprise me at all if haye knocked joshua, outi think haye hits harder than joshua, not that ive been hit by either of them lol
Re: Aj v hayemaker
I truly have no clue. I doubt if Haye could put in a performance like he did when he beat Valuev. He'd have to win by kayo.Stuarty30 wrote:SameTaansend wrote:I'd be well chuffed if this gets made.

Would a war suit Haye or Joshua more?
Re: Aj v hayemaker
Not sure at all tbh. They're both such big punchers. Getting involved in a war is a dangerous game for both guys. Can't see the fight going more than 5/6 rounds if it happens.Taansend wrote:I truly have no clue. I doubt if Haye could put in a performance like he did when he beat Valuev. Re: Aj v hayemaker
Haye didnt have a good chin even at cruiser. At geavyweight he has to be very circumspect. I dont think theres any doubt about ajs power the only issue is whether hed land. Haye would have problems getting close.CaptainSpacerod wrote:Who's to say AJ is a big punching heavyweight though. Hopefully, much better than either have been facing.
Re: Aj v hayemaker
Is Joshua a bigger puncher than Klitschko and is he as accurate?jamesmcdonnell wrote:Haye didnt have a good chin even at cruiser. At geavyweight he has to be very circumspect. On the flip side, is Haye as mobile as he was when he fought Klitschko.
I see the fight as AJ trying to control the fight by fighting tall, using the jab with a swift right hand following on to keep Haye on the defensive.
As for Haye, he will want to land a big counter punch early & often.

Re: Aj v hayemaker
Haye might punch harder*, but Joshua's definitely stronger. Either Haye sparks Joshua early and most of us wonder why we rated him so highly, or he throws Haye around like a ragdoll until he lands big and wins by KO.
Maybe an outside chance of Haye running for long enough to tire Joshua and outpoint him, but stylewise, I find that hard to imagine. A 30-year-old Haye, very possibly. I agree with Rob3 right now: I see Haye, Wilder and Ortiz as Joshua's biggest threats.

Re: Aj v hayemaker
I'm amazed there are actually fans for this. We've seen Haye running around like a chicken and receive a false win against Valuev already. We've seen Haye acting like an idiot and for some odd reason fooling the whole UK, acting like he had a chance against any Klitschko. In the ring he barely ever touched him at all and we saw a Klitschko wonfering why this bum ever received a chance at all. And now they think this bum got a chance against AJ? After a win against Gjergjaj and Mark Bummeri or whatever he was called?
This is absolutely silly, even Briggs got a fair chance against Haye, what did Haye do to even deserve a chance against any top boxer?
Even AJ loses some respect from me for accepting this fight, it's a waste of time imo. Let Haye first mark some of his promises, that's including against Fury, who lost milions because of Daffy, who pulled out twice against him! As well as against Briggs.

Joshua is a damned sight more aggressive that Klit, that's for sure.Taansend wrote:Is Joshua a bigger puncher than Klitschko and is he as accurate?jamesmcdonnell wrote:Haye didnt have a good chin even at cruiser. Get out! Its a great fight Haye is miles more dangerous than anyone AJ has fought. Get past Haye and then unify.asdfjkl wrote: Even AJ loses some respect from me for accepting this fight, it's a waste of time imo.
Re: Aj v hayemaker
I'm surprised so many would back Haye to win. It's a relatively easy fight to call, imo. Haye will dodge around trying to land a bomb, but it's Joshua's to win. The best way to beat Joshua would be to maintain a high pace and drag him into the later rounds. Haye can't do this, and he's not big enough to have an impact, despite being a hard puncher. He's not the boxer he used to be.

This. Haye has a fabulous record of knocking underwhelming opposition into next Wednesday, but when has Haye really beaten anyone over 12 rounds that is a big puncher and bigger than him?jamesmcdonnell wrote:Haye will fight like AJ is carrying nitroglycerine in his protector. His most impressive wins were against Ruiz and Chisora, who were both smaller than him. Currently all the heavyweight belt holders are all much much taller than Haye, which suggests he'd struggle to get hands on any belt.
Haye should just fight Briggs, and move up the rankings. There might be a big summer fight with Joshua on, but I don't fancy him winning. thinking either a Joshua blowout, or for Joshua to keep him off for 12 rounds and win on points.
