Having heard Kel Brook will be busy with Gennady Golovkin at 160 pounds, Jeff Horn has wasted no time signalling his intention to fight Jessie Vargas later in the year.

I'm sure Vargas is only interested in big money fights at the moment.

Horn wouldn't be anywhere on his radar I'd imagine.

What's going on with Jeff? Only had one fight this year? Is he just waiting for a big fight now? He should be staying active!

The fractured larynx Horn suffered in early February set his year back big time.

Horn was due to fight Randall Bailey on March 2nd and the injury meant the fight was set back until April 27th. So there went 2 months of Horn's year.

Jeff Horn had his eye on Jessie Vargas, But it looks like Manny Pacquiao will be fighting Jessie Vargas for the WBO world title on November 5.

Jeff Horn's next fight will be on Saturday 22 October at the Sleeman Sports Complex in Brisbane. Opponent TBA.

Shannon O’Connell and Sam Banney will both be on the undercard of Jeff Horn’s October 22 fight in Brisbane.

Both opponents TBA at this stage. But Banney is looking to fight Kerry Hope. Kerry Hope on the other hand is looking to fight Zac Dunn for the Commonwealth title, but from what Barry Michael is saying I don't think that is going to happen.
