Will Tomlinson's opponent will be 39-4-1 Argentinian Vicente Martin Rodriguez.
Rodriguez challenged unsuccessfully for the WBO title in 2011. Being stopped by Adrian Broner in 3.
One of Rodriguez's other losses was to talented Aussie Willie Kickett back in 2008.

Will Tomlinson has had a change of opponent for August 13th. He will now face Japan's Hurricane Futa.
Futa 20-6-1 fought formidable Mexican Jhonny Gonzalez for a WBC belt last start.

Hearing Will Thomlinson might be calling it a day after his shock 1st round loss last night.

Will not in great shape in the corner. Probably still having it explained to him what happened.
Re: Tomlinson & Shannon O'Connell head 2nd Melb card for August 13th
Bad luck for Will maybe a grudge fight with Billy Dib before calling it a day. Hasn't been the same since the Francisco Vargas fight.

Huge win for Hurricane Futa. Anyone else feel he deserved the nod against Jhonny Gonzalez?
Interesting to see some Aussies winning in Japan, and now a Japanese win down under.

That was a beautiful left Hurricane landed on Tomlinson when Will went to throw the left, speed caught up with Will & beat him to the punch

Will still sharp enough in his post fight interview to deal with the heckler.

The opponents video, I'm sure that was never meant to see daylight, Hosking Promotions are yet to put up any images of Will on the canvas, if it was Mundine on the canvas it would be shared around the media like wild fireLike a Boss wrote:See above for videos and picGhostBoxing15 wrote:Cutman Scabbers wrote:

You probably got usb stick full from ur buddies at AusBoxing but they are strictly confidential, it's disappointing AusBoxing regurgitator like your self has come up empty handedLike a Boss wrote:Crusader posted a video of the fight 2 minutes after you claimed "good luck with that, you can't even find an image, it's like the fight never took place."GhostBoxing15 wrote:The opponents video, I'm sure that was never meant to see daylight, Hosking Promotions are yet to put up any images of Will on the canvas, if it was Mundine on the canvas it would be shared around the media like wild fireLike a Boss wrote:
