Why?

His first loss came when he was 23, but had a record off 33 (19 KOs), 0, 0

is it because he lost that fight?

He never fought a World Title fight because he wasn't very good, and never earned his way into a position to fight for a title.

Because he wasn't good.Tsurkan who beat Camacho jr also not fought a world title fight
