Welcome Ncita and Vuyani Bungu

Post by SamWise72 »

These guys had quite a run at super bantam in the 90's, without ever meeting. I never saw either of them, which I think I should fix. How good were these guys? Any fight recommendations?

Bungu had a couple of decent scraps with Kennedy McKinney which are worth watching

McKinney is their common thread. He beat Ncita twice, and lost to Bungu twice.

Ncita did a lot of his fighting along way from home and deserves a good deal of respect as that is always a real acid test of a champ.

An interesting fighter because he comes from one of the lesser known hotbeds of African boxing - South Africa's Eastern Province - which has produced lots of world class fighters...usually from the townships around East London or Port Elizabeth.
