I think Guererro is finished now. He will be the guy who younger fighters will beat to get a good name early in their resume

I've been a fan of him, since 2012 when he moved up two division to beat (then undefeated) Aydin.

The gifted win against Martinez has already been a shocker, but now losing against this Peralta?

Hang 'em up champ.

He's already been that guy for a few years now. Everyone knew he was just a punching bag with a name in the Garcia and Thurman bouts.

Guerrero is wash up and threw,he dosen't have it anymore. It's time for him to hang up his gloves,he lost to David Peralta a guy who isn't near a contender and who is not near top ranked fighter in the division.Guerrero fought lazy and his result was a lost, much props to Peralta he worked hard to get the victory,He also struggled with Aaron Martinez and he also lost that fight as well and was drop by a guy who isn't even known for power. There's nothing else to say Guerrero struggled with two very unranked fighters who are not even near a elite skill level.

Yeah he's wash up,he got slower & he even's moves slower and won't let his hands go when needed. He talked all that sh#t about Broner and how Broner is scared and dosen't won't to fight him.In my opinion Broner would spank Guerrero's ass and he would beat him on points.

He'd probably lose to Broner because it does seem Guerrero has slipped a lot, but Guerrero would've beaten Broner up throughout the majority of their careers. I look forward to seeing Broner lose some more too, but I don't figure Guerrero is the man to be handing him another loss though. Broner vs Guerrero would still be a win-win for me though because I can't stand either of those douchebags, and one of 'em would have to lose :OhYes:

Great win for Peralta and well deserved,i had it 117-112 he outboxed Guerrero fairly comfortably and probably should have been credited with a KD when the ropes kept Robert up,although there was a tangle in the feet but ive seen them scored as a solid shot did land too,i was impressed with Peralta he looks a decent technician and has good footwork,he made the most of his size in there

Guerrero looks as if he cant pull the trigger anymore and wasnt as busy as he usually is and looked short on ideas by the midway point and seemed to be going through the motions, time to hang em up champ

Most of Guerrero's shots came one at a time in that fight while Peralta's came in combination. Throwing one shot at a time is a classic tell-tale sign that a fighter is washed up or at least getting there.

Agree with a few of the guys here. Guerrero should definitely hang the gloves up. I was never his biggest fan as a fighter but you can't argue with his achievements and he seems a decent enough guy away from the ring. He's arguably over achieved in his career and can look back with no regrets.

He seems like a piece of sh*t away from the ring. "700 Club" Guerrero can stick around for another 20 years getting his ass handed to him every few months for all I care.

What's the 700 club? I'm just going by things I've read in the past regarding his wife's illness etc...

700 Club is the show with that asshole Pat Robertson. It's a Christian show, but Pat Robertson will say things like when an Earthquake happens in Haiti "Well those people deserve it because of the voodoo"...and sh*t like that. Robert Guerrero thinks Pat Robertson is just a swell guy...which can only mean Guerrero is a piece of sh*t

There's numerous other examples of horrendous sh*t Pat Robertson has said. That's one.

How exactly did he help nurse his wife back to health? I'm sure the Hospital staff had a whole lot to do with that one. His wife having cancer was the go to storyline about him for years for TV networks. I was actually surprised they didn't bring it up last night. Those have always been my 2 nicknames for him.

Robert "700 Club" Guerrero and Robert "My Wife had Cancer" Guerrero. Because that's the kinda sh*t he's always harping on. I know it's not his fault the TV networks kept harping on the fact that his wife had cancer, but I know I got damn sick of hearing it.

That's not great logic mate. The guy you're talking about sounds a bit of a prick but just because someone likes them doesn't necessarily make them the same by association.

You're reason for not liking him was a bit daft. If you don't like him fine! Doesn't bother me. My opinion on him isn't a strong one. I just thought he seemed an ok guy! Try and not piss your pants over it! Time of the month? :OhYes:

I haven't liked Robert Guerrero for years. I'm sure you have fighters you're not a fan of. What would be your reasons for not liking them may I ask?

Other fighters I don't like would be.

Adrien Broner: No explanation needed I don't think

Andre Dirrell: Never will respect him again after the Arthur Abraham flop

David Haye: Talks all kinds of sh*t to Vitali and Wladimir. Takes 2 years to finally get in the ring with either of 'em, then fights like a coward because of his "toe"

Andre Ward: Nothing against him personally. I just find him dreadfully boring

Ishe Smith: Cried on the Contender about putting pressure on him to fight after he had been talking sh*t since he got there.

Everyone gets to be a real tough guy and a smartass from the safety of their computer screens. I merely said I didn't like Robert Guerrero. Why you're trying to make this a personal issue with me I have no idea.

I'm not I was kidding you on. Not acting the 'tough guy' at all. You usually seem a decent enough guy and you're getting a bit over sensitive over Robert Guerrero
