Fingers crossed it comes off. Garcia looked a little rusty last time out but that's to be expected after such a lay off. Plus he was in with a plucky little fecker. I'd still fancy him to pip Zlaticanan though.

I think Zlaticanin beats Garcia if this is next for either man. Especially if it's sometime soon.

Was really hoping it would be Flanagan v zlaticanin.

However I do like this fight a lot though.

Flanagan isn't on the level of the other Lightweights. I'd be surprised if he could beat any of the other titleholders.

I strongly disagree and think Flanagan would beat Crolla comforatbly. I'm a fan of both and have said this for years. The fact Joe Gallagher comes up with every excuse not to fight Flanagan says a lot as well.

What I will say he needs a good fight next. The division is booming right now with Crolla v Linares, Commey v Easter and potentially Garcia v Zlaticanin happening soon Flanagan could be left out.

Now don't get me wrong. Even though I personally think Flanagan isn't on that level since he is a titleholder I'd still like to see him in those fights because I may well be wrong about how good he is or isn't.

Flanagan vs the winner of any of those bouts would be big. A fight between him and Crolla would be big even if Linares beats Crolla.

He won his title on a fluke too. Dislocated shoulder of his opponent who a lot of people were picking to beat him.
