Luis Ortiz vs. Ustinov Eyed For 10/7 in Russia, Says Hryunov

Post by Ruthless-RKO »

Vlad Hryunov, manager of heavyweight contender Alexander Ustinov (33-1, 24 KOs), says a date and location is being pursued for the mandatory clash with WBA interim-champion Luis Ortiz (25-0, 22 KOs).

Glad to see the fight is actually happening. It didn't look like it was going to. I predict Ustinov wins by KO.

US way of writing dates is well annoying

10/7 - 10th of the 7th - 10th of July , not 7th of October.

Day Month Year is logical, surely.

Ustinov a big lump, and i do fear a post PEDs Ortiz keeps getting heavier and heavier. Fancy it being a tough slog but Ortiz winning and uninspiring contest

Ortiz is fat but really talented. I don't see no heavyweight beating him right now

I'm not really interested in this fight. Ustinov hasn't proven much besides he's a tough Mofo. I think he's too slow and stationary for Ortiz probably will be an exciting fight but doesn't prove much

DOES anybody know about an interview or article where someone claims Ortiz isn't a natural heavyweight???? Apparently he used to be much smaller??
