I try not to overreact to losses and have fighters plummet down the rankings, but that makes me some kind of idiot to a lot of people.LancashireLoyal wrote:Thats the problem, when a top 10 fighter gets beaten its too easy to drop them right out of the picture based on that one defeat, when you take this into conparison withhow a fighter got there in the first place its not balanced.Example,Wladimir was in most peoples top 5 or at least top ten now hes had one defeat hes pretty muchout of ppls lists alltogether.

Last won a world title at 24 years old, he turns 30 this year. At this rate he will slip out of the top 30 in about 30 years.DannyMCR wrote:Amir Khan?

I wanna see Stuarty30's list! I think I will agree with everything!Stuarty30 wrote:Very overrated. He's not held any version of a world title in 5 years. Hasn't won a fight in well over a year and even then that was a struggle against a limited Chris Algieri. He's a good fighter and could've been a lot better but he's too high as usual.Horse wrote:Khan is underrated.Stuarty30 wrote:Same complaints as last month but not much can be done since August is a barren month for boxing. Frampton should be number 1 and the overrated Khan is too high etc...
He's had a great career.
If he does comeback and manages to beat Danny Garcia like he said he's going to do then perhaps he'd be worthy of his lofty position on the list.

I've not got the time for lists man. I just like complaining about Horses listsfightfan95 wrote:I wanna see Stuarty30's list! I think I will agree with everything!Stuarty30 wrote:Very overrated. Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
If Crolla beats Linares then personally, I believe he should be in at number one with Frampton second.
Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
Do not know how the fornicate you can have Groves and Khan in the top ten when neither are world champion's or beat any solid fighters in there weight catogories for the last five years.
Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
Linares isn't any sort of a P4P'er, so beating him puts Crolla nowhere near Frampton or Fury's level.Fitzy901 wrote:If Crolla beats Linares then personally, I believe he should be in at number one with Frampton second.

Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
The only change I would make is dropping Khan down two or three places, purely on recent form.
Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
I don't think Khan belongs in the top ten to be honest, he has had one decent win in the last five years, of which was againt's a Devon Alexander who was massively on the slide.
Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
Khan has plenty of decent wins in the last 5 years.Fitzy901 wrote:I don't think Khan belongs in the top ten to be honest, he has had one decent win in the last five years, of which was againt's a Devon Alexander who was massively on the slide.
They are not that impressive by Khan's standards, but that is only because Khan is so impressive.

Beating Collazo who lost to Hatton in 2006? Going life and death with Algeri?
Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
Khan should be dropping a bit, but the lower top 10 is being a bit inactive and allowing him to cling on to his high position fairly easily.sammy95 wrote:The only change I would make is dropping Khan down two or three places, purely on recent form.
He should drop soon, unless he comes back.
Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
Khan's only been disappointing in recent years, because we all know that he could have done so much more.Fitzy901 wrote:Impressive when mate?

Khan is a fantastic talent, but he's not living up to his potential.

He is a solid world level fighter but he is not an elite and peaked in 10/11.

Yeah that's stupid Linares is just being overhyped by matchroom when really his resume is not that good plus Crolla is favourite to win the fight Franpton was a 2-1 underdog against LSC.
End of argument.
Re: British Top 30 P4P September 2016
Alexander's next fight was a loss to Aaron Martinez who had only won one out of the previous four (and that was a majority decision against a guy with a 50-50 record).Fitzy901 wrote:I don't think Khan belongs in the top ten to be honest, he has had one decent win in the last five years, of which was againt's a Devon Alexander who was massively on the slide.
