One of my favorite lines from a fight....at least the commentators told it for what it was.

I've seen that one before, tho I tried to put it out of my mind. Jorge Kahwagi looks like he has silicone implants in his chest and shoulders, or maybe he injects steroids right into his body. All of his fights have been fake. He's from a very wealthy family and he has money to spare to pay his opponents to lose. He has a law degree and he's involved with politics and acting too. Very bizarre. Here's another one of his so called fights:

The first Kawagi "fight" posted here was in July 2015. The one right above was twelve years before. In the last one posted, the 2002 fight, look at him, he's gasping for air long after the "fight" ended. He used his money and influence to get his old fights removed from Youtube, but he missed that one.

Maybe a compression band like he might be wearing if he had sprained a muscle in his bicep, maybe just a decoration. If it was a sprain was it didn't interfere with his sensational performance. He should fight Kawagi. They could try to pay each other to take a dive.

David Haye's first comeback fight vs di Mori. What do you think? To me di Mori looked like he was playing the sparring partner. Mostly he just stood there like a big punching bag. He threw a couple of jabs that didn't even come close and a couple of looping hooks telegraphed a mile. It was the guy's big chance. You'd think he would have given it all he had and gone for broke, no? Di Mori's record was 30-1-2 with 26 KO's and he hadn't lost in 25 fights. Nope, I don't buy it.

Same script in all these phony fights: the jobber pretends to throw punches but makes sure that they are not really dangerous, and then when something lands that he thinks he can sell he falls down.

You can clearly see that nobody was really "hit on the temple" - the left was just a slap and the right didn't even come close as u can see in the slow motion - and even the announcers hinted at it as best they could while still holding onto their jobs. The crowd booed.

Scott's completely controlled fall: he used his arm to stop his fall. That wasn't a knockdown that was a deliberate dive. And then the way that Wilder seemed to know the fight was over without even looking at the fallen Scott. He just grinned and started strutting around the ring. He didn't even go to a neutral corner to wait to see what was happening. He never even looked. He just started grinning and strutting.

Regarding, Ali-Liston 2, a guy gave me a good argument that it was on the level, but I think that fight was likely fake.

Regarding the crowd booing means nothing to me. The crowd booed when Ernie Shaff took a "dive" against Carnera. Shaff went into a coma and never woke up. The "crowd" is often wrong. These days half the crowd was looking at their cell phone or a hot babe the instant Wilder landed his left hook. Of course they booed. They were disappointed. They wanted a longer fight.

I don't even pay attention to their names. George Foreman was good I thought. I like the old time announcers that simply announced what was going on in the ring - they learned their trade announcing fights on the radio - minus all the baloney they go on and on about now- the "thunderous blow" shillery a la wrestling announcers - "Omigod he hit him with a thunderous blow with the folding chair!" Actually I prefer to watch fights with announcers that speak a foreign language that I don't understand. Sure I could turn off the sound but then I'd lose the crowd noise which does add to the excitement.

I was thinking that. He gets a nice cuff with the left then a partially landed straight right. Maybe he could have got up if he'd tried a bit harder but a punch landing there can f*ck your balance up no end.
