GGG twin Max was better then him

Post by Anzi »

http://www.skysports.com/golovkin-vs-brook Apparently GGG twin Max Golokin was the best Amateur in their country ahead of GGG, but they could only send one of the brothers to the games, so the family picked the oldest twin, whilst the other had to work the mines.

I read this earlier. Fascinating story. Can't help but like GGG. I like how Abel Sanchez embraced the brother as well as Gennady.

I think you mean "what a tough country". Not all countries have the luxury of pishing their lives away hunting for likes on Facebook or twitter. Some places you have to earn your crust the hard way. Would`t say it means they are backward. I reckon the literacy rate in Kazakhstan is higher than the UK, or at least Liverpool.

Amazing story, such brotherly love gave up his own dream for his twin brother and pure respect for his parents. I think modern countries where someone would kill his brother for money and fame are backward, we can learn a lot from cultures, where family values are so high.

I wonder why he never pursued a Professional career in Boxing. If he was as good as this claim he'd have made a sh*t load more money than he's been making I'm sure.

No, these pathetic countries where the parents destroy their son's dream on a whim are backwards.

Why did the son listen anyway? He was a loser as well.

Pathetic family, pathetic nation.

Absolute scum.

Every top boxer, who has a lesser know brother who boxed ( either not turned pro yet, or a wayward older bro who went off the rails ) will always say his brother is / was much better than he was.

   These outbursts from Horse must be down to one or more of the following:

1) Bullied hard and often at school
2) A serious "afternoon" drinking problem
3) Rainman
4) Several screws missing
5) Developed stage of tourettes
6) A desperate need to come out of the closet resulting in rage and anger
7) wind up merchant

GGG is about as far from scum as you can get in my opinion. Polite well mannered bloke. Adrien Broner is scum, not GGG.

Apparently his parents snatched his dreams away to send him down a mine based on him being slightly younger than his brother.

That screams backwards thinking, from backwards people, from a backwards nation.

There is nothing to respect here. These people are trash.
