I'm not bothered that it's not the best I'm just pleased to have weekend boxing back after the long wait.

Anyone going or doing anything exciting for it? I'm going to get some beers in and watch it in my own house. I've said to a few of the boys to come over but with the old firm game kicking off so early on the same day I'm thinking they'll all be well on and smashed by tea time so it might just be me and the Mrs. I think I'll let my two oldest boys stay up and watch it as well if my mates decide to stay away.

I can't wait so no doubt this week will drag in!
Ive got my brother, cousin and workmate coming up,i hate having a house full for the boxing, everyone knows i go pretty quiet when the fights on so they know im not being ignorant when their yapping through another Smigga 6 rounder,i'll get a few beers in but i wont start drinking until Brook fight starts,i dont want to be hammered for Gonzalez

But yeah hurry the fvck up saturday
My mates are the same! The worst for it is actually an ex pro! Comes in and tells you all his woes and talks about shagging  :witzend: The other ones start slagging each other and are fuckin oblivious to what's going on in the ring!

I've got a few days off this week because my Mrs is starting back uni so it's going to be even more of a drag! Being the mummy for most of the week
Noooooo mate, don`t be the mummy. From experience I can tell you all you`ll end up with is a black eye and a yoghurt like substance running down your leg. Be the daddy, always the daddy :salut:

Reminds me of a joke I'd heard years ago,

Little small timid guy gets landed in the jail for the first time. He's absolutely petrified. He gets processed and taken to his cell. In the cell is his new cell mate. A big tank of a guy.

The big fella says to the little en 'right you wee man. We're playing a game. Mammies and daddies. What one do you want to be?'

The little guy thinks if he's the mammy then he's bound to get buggered so quickly he says 'I'll go the daddy'

The big guy says 'right no problem. Now come over here and suck yer mammies cock'

I know mate that's the thing! Everyone with half a clue knows how the fight will go (result wise anyway) but it's still a highly anticipated match up. I think Brook will get done late with a body shot after a admirable effort. Similar to when ODLH fought BH.

Given in and splashed out the best part of a grand on tickets for me and my brother. He arrives at 2pm and I want to be fairly sober whilst watching the boxing so will have a nice lie in, go and meet him at the train station and head to the O2 for when the doors open at 5pm. Can't bloody wait to be honest!

Watch the old firm game at my mates in the afternoon. Hopefully I don't bend to peer pressure and don't drink.
I've half invited a few boys round for the boxing at mine but would prefer if I just sat on my arse watching it myself so hopefully I don't hear from them in the meantime. I prefer watching sport on my own instead of having folk talk throughout.

Watch the majority of the undercard online somewhere. Watch the Golovkin vs Brook fight on HBO. Then wait for the Chocolatito vs Cuadras fight a few hours later on HBO...the Chocolatito vs Cuadras fight in all likeilihood is even more competitive and exciting than the GGG vs Brook fight...it's gonna be a sweet weekend of Boxing :OhYes:

I'm at a wedding that day/night, what a day to pick to get married with the Manchester derby on too, luckily they're all football fans and the venue has sky sports so I should catch that, they WILL be showing the full card too which I'm buzzing about :yay:

Working on doors 8:30-12:30. Never worked at the venue before but don't think it's on there so relying on punters not talking about the result on way in and guys working with not telling me the result

Out Fri night so taking it easy on Sat, stream the MU City game midday, bit of US open tennis later, stream some of the undercard early eve, though I think I might get the PPV for an HD pic ( if I can record it too ) then out to meet some boxing inclined mates ( I've been talking it up, it's gonna be fireworks, right ?? ) for a few beers around 8, then to a great local pub to watch the main event on a big screen.

Chocolito I'll watch Sunday morn

I only live 1 stop away but can't go as have a family meal as our nieces are all off to Uni the following day. Thankfully the meal is only in Whitechapel so I'm hoping to be out of it by 9, then 10 min cab home, a few Rums (was in Aruba for 2 weeks recently and brought back some sh1t hot Rum with me) watching the early show, a few zzZ's then back up for Chocolatito.
