Decent, restful break and then perhaps look at becoming the third man in the Eubank-Saunders mix.
There's good money there and if he comes back the right way then he could do well against these two.

Be very interested to see what Kell has left in the tank because Golvokin arguably does not just cause damage on the night...he seems to put nasty dents in fighters that last. Macklin and Murray arguably not the same afterwards?

I think Cotto in the States would be the best fight, really. It should be big fights all the way now for Kell: no more Frankie Gavin's or Jo Jo bloody Dan's. If he beats Cotto (which he well might do) then he should chase glory and fight Lara, Andrade, one of the interchangeable Charlos, Trout etc. Maybe he'll win some, maybe he'll lose some, but he can only build on this good will and respect he has now. Boxing should not be about being undefeated, it should be about challenging and fighting the best.

Khan must be fuming as he looked far weaker against a man terrified to fight the man Brook has just bravely taken the fight to, with no catch weight, and acquited himself far more impressively.

Khan Brook should not happen unless both men get at least a decent win apiece, and it should be a light middle, as I do not believe Brook will ever make 147 again.

Canelo can do one. He should be fighting GGG not GGG's leftovers. His recent run has been pathetic. I am hoping the next GGG opponent will be BJS, and then take it from there.

pretty fanciful thinking mate. why would khan be fuming? because brook fought better than most thought he would, on the way to winning one round whilst getting his face broken and stopped? far more impressive? again, fanciful.

He fought better, looked better, made the weight better, against a better opponent, in a better fight, in front of a home crowd, and walked out of the ring instead of being carried out on a stretcher.

Ooh how fanciful! You patronising prick.

Cotto would be a great opponent for Brook...I reckon that he would win that impressively.

Try and not get stabbed. That's number one. Get his eye fixed and draw a picture of a funny face on his scrotum and tweet it to Khan.

In all seriousness if I was him I'd tell Khan to go and hump his hand. No doubt it'll happen now though.

154lb and ignore Khan now I'd say. View to take some fights there before thinking Alvarez seems right to me. Although Alvarez will have grown let's not forget Hatton and Rhodes went the distance (more or less) with him and I'm not sure either is stronger, better boxer, more durable than Brook - in fact I'd say KB is ahead of both. I'd call it a 50-50 fight but like I say, why not go after a title, some exposure, some more money, then take the big risk fight - not like either of them is going to be over the hill and gone in 12-18 months.

were you a part of the sky commentary team by any chance? forgot it was a no-no to criticise brook and support khan on kellrec.
he fought better than expected, nothing more, same as khan. far more impressive? complete and utter biased bullsh1t.
its obviously escaped your attention that the only reason kell brook wasn't "carried out on a stretcher" was because his corner stopped the fight before that could happen. if it needs pointing out, and it obviously does, no boxer would ever get knocked out if their corner pulled them before they got knocked out, would they? you want to claim khan is "fuming" because kell made the weight better? what?
kell fought at home, so khan went into the other guys backyard, right? which is more impressive, fighting the champion on your turf or theirs? sure, brook fought the better fighter, reason enough for khan to fume? fanciful

Go to 154, have a 12 rounder against a World level fighter then push for the Canelo fight.

It seems very unlikely he will go back to 147. I'm gutted as there are amazing fights there for him that we should have got to see, at least a cohple of them: Mayweather, Pacquiao, Bradley, Thurman, Garcia, Khan, Broner, Spence, even the Porter rematch.

Its shocking none of those fights will happen at 147. He has the pulling power now, if he can make 147 i reckon thise fights can be made if Hearn/Brook genuinely want them.

Everyone is calling for Alvarez at 154. Thats a very dangerous fight for Brook and one i'd make Alvarez favourite to win, i think he would eventually wear him down and win by KO.

The Canelo fight might be dangerous but I would not consider Canelo a massive puncher. His style matches up well with Kell and I think it could be a considered a 50-50 on a neutral venue in the States.

Regards the Khan thing.
Although I wanted to see it for long enough, I don't think Khan should go above 147 again and I don't think Brook should go back below 154.

I did have Khan as narrow favourite in this one before, but given Brooks showing at 160, I think it would be 95% certain Amir would get sparked at the higher weight.
