Who gives a toss about Tyson Fury? Not me although I know many do still. Holds a lot of titles including (debatably) the lineal belt which makes him (arguably and certainly strongest claimant) the Champion but for me, he has almost become irrelevant. He is a placeholder and no more. His talk and interviews used to entertain me but the "we are victimised and persecuted" bs has worn thin. They do not get sponsorship and advertising because they are aresholes and do not present themselves in the way corporations would like. Stop effing moaning but recognise it and change or stay the same and stop the bellyaching.

Pull outs of fights, partying, fat gut, no interest in actually fighting. I just do not care at all anymore. He will go down in history as the link man between the reign of Klitschko and whoever the next dominant champion turns out to be.

Do you reckon Tyson and Hughie are in the shape they are in for fights and outside of the ring due to just unfortunate genetics which obviously do factor a lot when it comes to how good of a shape someone can get into, especially in terms of building muscle; or do you believe they could get in a fair bit better shape than they do?

The genetics are so bad that Tyson is heavyweight champion of the world (the real one).

Well I was talking purely about their aesthetic appearance as you know. Obviously talent wise they're very good.

Well I was talking purely about their aesthetic appearance as you know. Obviously talent wise they're very good.

On the aesthetics, I doubt bad genetics just bad dieting I expect or least not training and diet that is at all concerned with aesthetics. Everything they do is about functionality and they seem to nail that.

Tyson's hips naturally flare out quite a bit, which adds width to his torso and makes him look in worse shape than he is. That's a genetic issue that can't really be fixed even if he were in the best shape possible.

Hughie and Tyson are very different.

Tyson has good stamina even though he lets himself get out of shape so I don't know what you are talking about beyond appearance. Hughie on the other hand AFAIK is pretty clean living and dedicated, but is plauged with health issues.

Hughie and Tyson are very different.

I explained what I was talking about. It was pretty simple. I wasn't their cardiovascular condition I was talking of their condition in terms of physical appearance.

Yeah that is true. He does have wide hips for a man.

I'd take Hughie by decision. Ruiz doesn't impress me much...Hughie really hasn't either yet, but at least he's in good shape. Ruiz is at least 25 to 40 pounds overweight in almost every fight...maybe more than that.

Their main advantage, especially Tyson, is their range. Nobody got as much range as Tyson, so it's impossible to hit him without getting hit yourself as well. Just compare him to boxers like Povetkin, who is in fact far superior, but simply doesn't have the reach.
