I'll be shocked if it does happen.
Shocked but happy. Hope it gets made

Wlad vs Joshua would be FAN tastic.
Read though Joshua vs Parker could happen in Nov.
Considering Wilder and Fury are Out Of Commission.
Wlad vs Ortiz
Joshua vs Parker
Povetkin vs Stiverne
Haye vs Pulev
would be nice.

I'm not sure Joshua can beat Wladimir, but I think now would be the perfect time to try.
Wladimir is old, looked decidedly average in his last fight & has been inactive for nearly a year.
If Wladimir is past it, now would be the last opportunity to get any credit for beating him.

Wlad will do it for both the IBF and WBA belts.

This is a good fight I favor Wlad, but Wlad is old and fading, and Joshua in experienced so the gap between the two in competitiveness may not be that far.

If Joshua jumps on Wlad he ends him in two rounds
Re: BREAKING NEWS: Wlad vs Joshua a possability!
I would pick Joshua. I think Joshua would actually finish him or win a decision by around 4 points or more.

AJ would never win a decision. He isn't intelligent enough yet. Wlad will just control the jab.Lancenix wrote:I would pick Joshua. I think Joshua would actually finish him or win a decision by around 4 points or more.

Is Browne fighting Oquendo ? I have heard Browne's name being mentioned for a possible Klitschko boutTony1244 wrote:Wlad vs Joshua would be FAN tastic.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Wlad vs Joshua a possability!
Eddie Hearn has already stated that he’s reluctant to match Anthony Joshua against Wladimir Klitschko, for two reasons... the Brit lacks experience... and Klistchko's contractual commitments to the Fury fight.
To be honest, I don't believe that contractual issues would be such a problem, because no contract is strong enough to warrant someone else's mental health issues would legally prevent their opponent from making a living. So Hearn's claim seems a tad embellished.
I don’t blame Eddie for adopting a stance that protects his cash cow and it kind of makes sense to allow Dr Steelhammer to grow one year older in order to give his charge the best opportunity to add a Hall-of-Famer’s name amongst his list of victims.
So I expect Joshua’s next opponent to be underwhelming, whilst Eddie Hearn persistently cites the K2-like mantra of “everyone is too scared of him”, which he also cited as his reason for Kell Brook’s dire opposition.

Tyson fury decisions wlad. Not that I think Joshua would need judges. Wlad's only chance would be a ko.Ruthless-RKO wrote:AJ would never win a decision. He isn't intelligent enough yet. Re: BREAKING NEWS: Wlad vs Joshua a possability!
If he goes out and wrecks him it's his best win but even the Fury win carried a little 'well, Wlad is pretty old' baggage with it. I know that happens in boxing, (happens with younger fighters as well; Calzaghe and Froch beat Lacy and Bute and plenty will tell you the losers were never any good despite being favourites beforehand.)Syntax Error wrote:I'm not sure Joshua can beat Wladimir, but I think now would be the perfect time to try.

That said I can understand the delay from Joshua's point of view. Remove his title and he's still a work in progress. Whyte, Martin and Breazeale are fine for a guy with as many fights as he's had, (at the same stage Joshua is at now Fury was fighting Martin Rogan, Haye Ismail Abdoul, Wlad Bigfoot Martin), so if it's Parker or someone like that it doesn't seem so obvious a duck.
